sarah caldwell checking on your morning commute. the big problem spot is on 95 near white marsh. we are tracking an accident. traffic is heavy in that area. they have been blocking all lanes intermittently. here's a live picture in that area and traffic is crawling. 31 on the west side. 14 minutes through the west side outer loop stretched down to 95. the delay is on 70 down towards edmondson. this is what it looks like in terms of traffic flowing in the outer loop. that is the latest on traffic pulse 11. >> you can see we have a clear sky. 28 at the airport. 26 in parkton.

we have a nice area of high pressure in control in the midlantic. you can see the clouds are starting to move to the southern part of virginia. all this stuff is coming at us from the south and the midwest. there will be a bigger storm that will travel west of us. we will miss out on the snow in maryland. most will take place out of the great lakes and in chicago. we will be on the rain side. this will be in mostly rain event for us. mostly sunny is our forecast for monday. the clouds thicken up later tonight. mostly rain tomorrow with a high near 44.
