19 people are dead after a balloon exploded over egypt overnight. 21 tourists were on board the venture over the city of luxor. only one tourist and the pilot survived. >> a teacher's aide is accused of having a sexual relationship with a student. police arrested anthony farris on friday. kim dacey is live with reaction. good morning. >> harford county police say anthony farris had a sexual relationship with a 16-year-old girl. he was working as an inclusion helper, a form of a teacher's aide, and the 16-year-old was a student. the activity allegedly took place at the school.

it happened between september and december of last year. he was an assistant football coach at the high school. he faces charges of sex abuse of a minor and perverted practice. >> very upset. irritated. i don't know what you do but it's frustrating. >> school officials did not send letters home about the arrest. a spokesperson said farris had been placed on administrative leave. that was on january 25 of this year. he is no longer an employee of harford county public schools. he is the second school employee in the last couple of weeks to be charged having sexual relationships with a student. more on that in the next half- hour. reporting live in the studio,

month-long relationship with a student. anthony farris was working as an inclusion helper when he was accused of having a sexual relationship with a student. his conduct allegedly took place in one of the bel air high school offices between september and december of last year. >> very upset. irritated. you know, i don't know what you do, but it's frustrating. >> school officials did not send letters home. in a statement, a school spokesperson said he had been placed on administrative leave in january of this year. as of the day of his arrest, he is no longer an employee of harford county public schools. another inclusion helper was arrested two weeks ago and charged with having sex with a

student. in response to both arrests, a county school spokesperson said all potential school employees are evaluated and undergo background checks and fingerprinting prior to being hired. >> they should not be in that type of atmosphere. there's no way to test for something like that to make sure they are not that type of person. >> he faces perverted practice. he is out of jail on bail. reporting live in the studio, kim dacey, wbal-tv 11 news. >> thank you. it will be a busy day for legislators. the senate will begin debating the gun control bill. provision would be for people to submit fingerprinting for handgun licensing.
