we're told the driver remained on the scene. a pedestrian is injured in west baltimore. a vehicle lost control and struck the pedestrian. >> firefighters have been working through the night trying to put out hot spots after a fire erupted at a potentially explosive location. jennifer franciotti joins us live from the scene in remington. >> a firefighter suffered some minor injuries. the scene is clear. this is something that burned for many hours last night. it is a brick structure. there was difficulty in fighting the fire. it broke out here on sisson

kadyrbayev are charged with conspiracy. investigators say the suspects took a backpack of and the fireworks from dzhokhar tsarnaev's dorm room to keep him out of trouble. what did they know? suspects set offc fireworks. authorities do not think the street helped plan the bombing. >> this should not raise any concerns about a continuing threat to the public. nextngress plans a hearing week on the investigation. if convicted, these suspects are looking at between 5-8 years behind bars.

two have already agreed to voluntary detention. tracie potts, wbal-tv 11 news. a fire in easten baltimore. jennifer franciotti joins us live in remington with the latest. >> good morning. this is an area off of remington in the jones falls expressway. yesterday the smoke and flames were visible from the expressway. it took several hours to get this fire under control. there was plenty to fuel that fire. you could see the smoke for miles as if a hazy cloud was stuck over the j.f.x. for hours on wednesday night. at ground level on sisson street, all that smoke was coming from flames that had been burning since 6:30 p.m. on
