care. >> hiking insurance premiums will hurt her and her employees. doug ganslerral says he is concerned, as well. >> we became alerted that care first and some of the other major insurance companies will try to jack up premiums 25% across the board. what they are doing is they are taking the affordable care act and using it as a scare tactic. rates mind dwelt so therefore we're going to raise everybody's rates." >> they did not return our calls for comment. other insurance companies are planning to hike up premiums before the new health care law is fully implemented. they have the authority to accept or deny proposed rates. doug gansler is asking to freeze any rate increase at 5%. >> we have a preview of where -- the rates arere
