in baltimore city has been identified. police are on the lookout for this man. he is wanted for his role in the killing of 16-month-old -- the 16th-month-old in the shooting of his father who is currently listed in serious condition. on shooting happened memorial day weekend. police have arrested two other suspects. anyone with information that may help police is asked to call lockup.toppers at1-866-7- augustine's barker accused of trying to drown his son. but he was already serving for an alleged case of child abuse in prince george's county. he allegedly tried to drown his son in a bathtub. the boy's condition has not been released. charges ofacing

attempted murder and child abuse. >> flagrant sexual harassment of teenage and adult female employee is are the allegations against the owner of a maryland restaurant chain. the u.s. equal employment opportunity commission filed the suit against the owner of basta pasta italian restaurant. he madet alleges that comments about their bodies, asked for massages, and made sexually charged comments. these restaurants are located in lutherville and false then. and the city board approved a 45 thousand dollars to the family of a girl who says she was a lead at -- bullied at school. a history of had bullying. the girl had injuries so severe she had to have three surgeries.

the two parties reach a settlement of $45,000 for physical and emotional damages. the size of the settlement was determined by a couple of factors. >> this was in a supervised area, allegedly inadequately supervised, and the injuries were significant involving surgeries and broken bones. >> bullying cases usually do not garner a settlement like that. if the school system -- the school system is generally not liable for spontaneous oleate or a leading outside the school system. the latest in the national -- nationalty board transportation safety board investigation into the train derailment in roseville. >> david collins has the latest on these developments. >> ntsb crews have continued their examination of the site. they are interviewing witnesses

southeast breeze. the high pressure that brought us this gorgeous june weather is leaving. it is drifting out to sea. this front moving through chicago will be getting closer. all the moisture from the tulsa coast will be sneaking up the eastern seaboard. those two systems increase our rain chances, as ashley since the development in the elf is the first tropical storm of the season. gulf.e andrea in the it is a minimal tropical storm. this is the hurricane forecast track. takes it up to charlestown, eastern north carolina, maybe write off our coast friday and saturday, sneaking past us. a much weaker system on the coast, but a lot of tropical moisture. then we have a chance of showers off to the west. then we see that surge of tropical weather and andrea coming out of the carolinas. a

"nightly news" begins now. good evening. it happened in an instant. it shook the ground around it. suddenly a huge area was levelled in center city, philadelphia. a building collapse that looked more like ana-i explosion. the first of the first responders arrived within two minutes. that's when the search got under way as rescuers followed voices beneath tons of building materials. it's where we begin tonight with nbc's kristen dahlgren at the scene. >> reporter: witnesses describe a huge rumble and crash.
