a big recall by toyota. they're recalling 342,000 tacoma pickup trucks because of a seatbelt problem. access cabs with rear hinged rear doors, made between 2004 and 2011. toyota says screws can come loose causing the seatbelts to malfunction. new crash test for small cars, meanwhile, getting high marks to the two and four-door honda civics.
