baltimore city could soon be boycotting florida. >> a resolution was introduced that said baltimore should stand up against the stand your ground law.>> kim dacey has more. >> this resolution is not legally binding. it does ask the city to take a second look at their business dealings with florida. a councilman introduced the resolution requesting the city review it's business dealings connected with the state of florida.it is after the acquittal of george zimmerman. george zimmerman shot trayvon martin just outside of orlando in march of 2012. mosby said the application of its stand your ground law is too vague.the law allows people to use deadly force to defend themselves. he is not asking florida to abolish that law but to take

effect until 6:00 30 in harford county. we will take a look at how the wind is moving. you see reds and greens. the green is wind moving towards the radar. when you see the colors together, that means the storm is rotating. there is the possibility of a tornado forming. let me put a circle around the spot where there is a possibility. we are talking about 95. there could be a funnel cloud or a weak tornado on the ground 95, 136 and 95. just keep that in mind. i will put up the regular radar and focus in on the bel air region.

it is this storm that we are talking about. imember the profile and showed you part of the storm that was rotating near abington? this is a look on the radar. tornadoes develop on the eastern sides of storms. that is the spot i was showing you. if there is a tornado, and looks like it could be right up very close to interstate 95 in the abington area. i will assume in even closer. route seven could be in the way of the storm. the radar just shifted. .ou can almost see a hook echo you can see how the radar wraps around. that is not a good sign. near route 40, aberdeen, have a

grace, is havre de moving up at about 25 miles per hour. i am not seeing any signs of this storm weakening. it is hard to tell. with hook echo, that is not a good sign. there could be a weak tornado anywhere between 40 and 95 and near route 40 and 95. that looks like a pretty good signature to me. you need to get down to the basement. stop getting ready for work and just head down to the basement for the next 30 minutes until the storm passes. i will take a wider view. the storm is moving to the northeast. you guys and caesar county have

another 30 minutes. who knows if it will stay in its current state? there could be a tornado in the southern part of harford county. i will go back to the weather office and i will be back in just a few minutes. you have to stop getting ready to work. you have to stop what you're doing and go to the basement. >> head for the lowest level of your building, preferably a building. doorways or interior rooms. stay away from the windows. cover your head. crouched down in a low lying area. >> find shelter when lightning is near you. avoid electrical appliances and telephones. avoid open water and metal

one to watch out for. this will continue to move into cecil county, to the north and west of interstate 95. get to the lowest level of your house. get to the lowest level by the most interior room. you would have that protection in case there are stronger winds. maybe inside a bathroom, especially one that does not have any windows. you want to go inside where you are right now. if you do have a phone, you can keep touch on twitter and facebook. yowant to get away from the window. eerie to see a storm system take that kind of

rotation. break your to routine. people are getting ready for work. we have the radar zoomed in. i will put a circle around what i call the hook echo. you can see how the radar wraps around the room 40 sign. that is the possibility of a weak tornado developing. there could be a funnel cloud on the ground in aberdeen. anywhere up route 40. i will put it into motion. this might be hard to follow. it is off to the northeast and going at a good clip. you can see the northeast motion of the storm. it is going 25, 30 miles per hour.

i still see the signs of rotation. guysere up route 40, you should be heading to the basement. aberdeen, you guys are next in line. anywhere up route 40. that looks like the line for a week tornado. eventually into cecil county northeast if the storm holds together. i am going to zoom out. you can see the western part of harford county. this was the storm that was going through baltimore county. i will put the loop in order. you see that motion there. grace anding havre de up and down route 40. i will wait for the next radar

update. 6:may be extended beyond 30. at the very least, there will be heavy rain. there could be a week tornado from aberdeen up towards havre doe grace. i will see if there any damage reports coming in. you guys need to go to the basement. >> this is right near the 95 corridor. what do you see if you see a tornado get out you? >> people say to get out of your car. i would never get out of my car. i am not saying this is that kind of a tornado.

it will still pick up debris. i would stay in the car. the visibility might be bad enough that you have to pull over. a lot of people have the wbal phone app. roadof those people on the are watching us. just stay in your car. has been doing some research on this. that is one of the most difficult questions that we get. there is no perfect answer. we tried to tell you to avoid getting out on the road in the middle of a storm. you want to be inside a sturdy during a strong storm. the best option is to keep

driving slowly and to stay safe. pull over if it starts raining heavy. do not pull over in the middle of traffic. if you know someone that is commuting, tell them to keep on their way. maybe move away from the storm and head in the opposite direction. you never want to do anything that will put yourself in more danger. the heavy rain is probably the biggest concern. only when there is a gigantic tornado we tell people to go into a ditch. we do not know if there is a tornado on the ground. just keep driving. that will keep them out of the rain and the strong wind. that is the best option at this

point. it is always best to not be out on the roads in a strong thunderstorm. the traffic is going to play a role in this. >> we are still seeing quite a few cars in that area. people are already on the roads. want to remind you it is not a good idea to be traveling in these conditions. a lot of our cameras are frozen in harford county. i would delay your departure. this is not a good situation in harford county. aberdeen.car fire in the north side continues to run smoothly. 13 minutes on the west side. on bad as far as southbound

this is the way the radar works into. wind moving away from the radar. where the red and the green come together, there is a decent chance for a rotation. you can see maryland boulevard and edmondson street as it connects to route 40. the wind here goes like this. the wind on this side goes like this. in the middle, that is the possibility for a week tornado developing. let me move up the road. bel air avenue. route 40.

other way. the storm may begin to settle down. i would not take any chances. aberdeen, i would be heading down to the basement. 40,here up and down route you should still be in the basement. i am seeing some positive signs. ofhave reports from aberdeen some trees down along the road. i have not seen any reports of funnel clouds or tornadoes on the ground. there is heavy rain mixed in wit h this one. you got to go down to the basement if you're watching in that area. let me take a wider view. >> people can use social media.

they saw a funnel cloud in that area. there.rm is past we were correct in pointing out that that is the spot. we do have some confirmation the storm may be producing a tornado. that area is clear. anywhere you see that purple shading. that is probably the best indicator. havred say that is near de grace. you guys need to be in the basement. route 40 is the line. i will grab this radar and i will follow route 40 towards

jackson. you guys are probably next in line. looks like a222 prime spot. route seven, same thing. northeast.y, that is the direction the storm is going. the worst part of the storm is near havre de grace right now and heading towards jackson and perryville. i do have confirmation that a funnel cloud was spotted near route 40 and belair avenue in aberdeen. this storm is dangerous. i suspect the warning will be extended past 6:30. we will see.

rain for a while. it is heading over towards baltimore city. a quick check on that one storm. it is still very strong. they have not received the tornado warning. there could still the wind gusts that are 50, 60 miles per hour in cecil county. airport. at the high temperature near 84. i have some good news in the seven-day forecast. let's check in with sarah. >> it is a little tough in harford and cecil county. we want to mention a marc train delay, 554. light rail and metro are running on time.

let's look at the harford-cecil county line. this is the conowingo dam. things are starting to clear out. it was much worse about 30 minutes ago. we are still seeing wet roads and reduced visibility in cecil county. a live look at the tidings memorial bridge, traffic is flowing ok. there is an accident. we have an update on tony. >> that is right. another tornado warning for cecil county. the storm is a pulsing storm. it will go strong and then come down -- calm down. weather 2 and we will take

another look at the storm. ple bottom end of the pur shading in cecil county. just to the north and east of red point park. it is south of northeast. the storm is moving to the northeast. south of route 40 now. they are getting some heavy rain along route 40. it is getting ready to cross over. i will put a circle where i think it might have a good chance of producing a tornado. charles down towards route 72 south of north east, south of route 40. that is the spot and heading up

it does ask the city to take a second look at the business dealings with florida. in a move he believes makes baltimore the first major city to pursue an official protest of florida, a resolution will request the city minimize its dealings connected with the sunshine state. george zimmerman shot trayvon martin during a scuffle in 2012. mosby said the application of its stand your ground law is too vague.the law allows people to use deadly force to defend themselves. >> i am not calling on the state of florida to completely abolish stand your ground. a 17-year-old was unarmed and was walking home and was murdered and no one has the accountability or the ownership of that today. >> the rallies and marches are great.

victims. >> first, this breaking news overnight in atlanta. natalie has that. >> a tragic story. a baseball fan died after falling more than 60 feet from the upper deck at turner field in atlanta. we're joined with the very latest. randy, good morning. >> reporter: good morning natalie. at this hour the victim remains unidentified though an autopsy has been scheduled for later this morning. police tell us he fell into the parking lot and paramedics did rush him to atlanta's medical center but he ultimately died of the injuries. police this morning aren't saying what caused the fan to fall more than six stories to his death. >> the fall appears accidental. it appears the male fell 65 feet. there's no indication of foul play. >> only that it took place at monday night's rain delay game between the braves and phillies, away from the field and out of sight from most of the spectators. >> he fell from an upper level platform to a secured lot below. >> the teams finished the game

after the rain delay and they deferred all questions about the incident to the local police. this is the second fatal fall in turner field since 1996. in 2008 ayman died after falling 150 feet from an upper deck in an alcohol related incident. this is the third time within the last year that a fan has fallen over stadium railing here in atlanta. it happened twice last year at college football games resulting in one death. meanwhile, the braves do play the phillies here in atlanta tonight. >> randy outside turner field. thanks so much. well, michael bloomberg is warning residents that the days of high violent crime could return because of a federal court ruling calling the stop and frisk policy unconstitutional. a judge found it violates the 4th amendment and singles out blacks and hispanics. the city will appeal the ruling saying the practice saved
