day. remember this video of a group of motorcyclists in new york. this morning at least one has been charged with endangerment. police did not say if they were going to charge the driver who ran over a biker while trying to flee. california governor has signed the so-called revenge porn bill into law. this measure mikes it a misdemeanor to post identifiable nude pictures of someone without permission. it comes with a penalty of six months in jail and a $1,000 fine. a similar law in missouri was flo thrown out by a judge citing the first amendment. dramatic and jaw dropping video from illinois. four police officers are seen forcibly stripping 33-year-old dana holmes and leaving her naked on a jail cell. the cops say they tried to subdue her after she became combative. her lawyers are asking for the officers to be fired and criminal charges filed.
