we are starting to see the wind out of the south. 71 in columbia. upper 60's in taneytown. the temperatures will not warm too much because of the clouds building in. we will see a shift away from the 90 degree heat we saw over the weekend. most of the showers are drifting into cecil county. you will see more developing throughout the morning. most of the rain is off to our west right now and reaching roanoke, virginia, and starting to push into garrett county. this will be attacking us mainly through the midday. rain will start after 10:00 a.m. and continue until 7:00 p.m. out a nice letter

chance for severe weather. 9.gh temperatures from 74 to 7 the wind will be gusting up to 30 miles per hour. rain is already reaching westminster and rockville and continues to press through baltimore through lunchtime. easton will be getting their heaviest rain before he moves down to ocean city for the evening commute. baltimore they quickly clear out by the time you make your way home from work. i mentioned the chance for isolated storms. the shading of yellow is for severe weather. some of the storms could bring some isolated flooding and we cannot rule out an isolated tornado. once this clears out tonight, we will see sunshine tomorrow.

upper 60's on wednesday and thursday. maybe some rain creeps in back from the coast. it is a cooler week for not completely dry. >> a couple of accidents on 795. that is having the biggest impact on the southbound side just prior to franklin boulevard. let's take a look at traffic. it is almost at a standstill. southbound motors consider 140 as your alternate. middlesex road, we have an accident. another further south at route 665. 13 minutes on the west side. this is what looks like on southbound 83. for the most part moving well all the way down to the delta way. --beltway.

she recovers from multiple injuries. debris litters route 100 in anne arundel county. investigators say that is where trooper jacqueline kline was early sunday morning. she was walking from her cruiser to help a fellow trooper when a car drove by and hit her. she landed in a nearby ditch. >> she is a quality young lady. >> on the force for only about a year, she has quickly made a name for herself as a hard worker. after the accident, she was flown to shock trauma after the accident. >> everybody who knows her loves jackie. the thing about our his she can turn on the toughness when she needs to, and we are hoping she does that right now. >> the accident is a tragic reminder of why motorists need to follow the move-over law. >> if you see emergency vehicles on the side of the road, you are to move into an available
