there is a chance of rain near baltimore late in the day after dark. a light shower may pop up in the southern tip of maryland by tomorrow morning. it will be dry for the commute, mainly for the afternoon as well. by the evening, most of this rain comes in wednesday night going into thursday. rather rainy a pattern, especially if that low does not want to move out. for now, the best rain chances will be thursday and friday, but we may have to push it into saturday. keep that in mind if you are going to the baltimore running festival. right now, it is not completely dry, but we are trying to be optimistic. >> we are here to answer your plants and gardening questions. she brought a friend. >> this is rudolph. kerry does a wonderful job and
