money. police in howard county stepped in when the victim reportedly showed up at a sykesville fire station asking for help. in a case of a 24-year-old rhode island woman, woman says the man kidnapped her and forced her to have sex for money. the woman told police she escaped the kidnapper at a gas station. officers later arrested the two suspects. and still no word on baltimore city latest public enemy number one, but detectives believe he may be connected to another crime. police have named christopher good as a person of interest in the shooting on saturday. it happened on elm street in south baltimore. he is also wanted in connection with a grisly stabbing last month and a violent incident in ohio. police believe he is still in the baltimore area. if you see him, you are urged to call 911 immediately. x there may be some faint signs of progress today as washington tries to find a way out of the government shutdown.

chilly this morning, so they are recovering. storm. our over new england reaching back over the ohio river valley. here is our storm spinning around the combination, pulling the clouds and moisture off the atlantic ocean. this picture will be very similar tomorrow and the next day, and the next day as well. it will be with us for a couple of days. eventually into next week, a storm developing to the west will start to move in as well. although that will not be in any big hurry to get here. our forecast for this afternoon, 59-65 is a high temperature. northeast winds gusting to 25. small craft advisories on the bay. you can see the current winds in white gusting from the east to the northeast.
