after the death of his grandfather. he was supposed to take her to her daycare, but instead, he drove to his home in baltimore city and fell asleep, leaving the young girl in his truck. when he woke up, he drove to the and thato pick her up, is when he remembered he never took her there. then he discovered her in the truck, and she was dead. baltimore county officials had ruled his death as accidental, and charges are now being filed in the area where the child died. >> a nursing home patient fell from a stretcher after falling from the ambulance and later died. jayne miller. >> baltimore county has provided little information about this incident. the woman, 72 years old, according to a family member was suffering from low blood sugar

but showed evidence of a head injury after that incident. the stretchers are made to secure the patient, so why did this one not? county medic number 18 was called to a nursing home not far away for a female patient who was conscious that not alert. the patient was put on the stretcher, but while he and loaded into the ambulance, something went wrong, causing the patient and the stretcher to fall. the patient suffered minor injuries, but in incident report shows advanced life support was provided, and the woman's daughter said she suffered a head injury and die two days later. an autopsy has been done according to the daughter, but the results have not incomplete. an investigation is ongoing to determine why the stretcher fell, and this video provided from the manufacturer shows how stretchers are supposed to lock

steady rains across the lower eastern shore, and that is slowly making its way up to baltimore. youfurther north and west go, the dryer it will be. the further east you go, the wetter. the has got some of remnants of karen, that tropical system that kind of fell apart, but that moisture is surging, and that area of pressure has got it all wrapped up. the wind at 10 to 50 miles per hour, and two systems, it is the low south of tape patterns, and then this across new england. with that sitting here, it really has nowhere to go. it will spin its wheels for a couple of days and continue to push the moisture in our region. west of us.ful this strong area pressure is locked in place, and they are enjoying this. but not here. the rain kind of spirals in across the coastal areas, back across the bay.
