arraignment here at mitchell courthouse. but his attorney released crime video today that he says proved his client is innocent. now attorneys said his client was wearing a gps ankle bracelet at the time of the shooting that happened july 2 in the 300 block of pulaski street in southwest baltimore where 5-year-old raven wyatt was hit by a stray bullet. but the attorney said the shooter in this close circuit camera footage was not wearing a ankle bracelet, which he says proved that his client is innocent. the trial date is set for october 2. reporting live here in downtown baltimore. karen parks fox 45 news "late edition". >> health care reform and a heated debate. the protests will not go away. >> keith daniels was in belair tonight where protestors demonstrated even though the congressman was out of the country. >> well, we are outside congressman frank kratovil's local office. drawing attention for some of the protests he has encountered

rain. >> will we get a break. check back in with vytas. >> good news is that the heat is not as sweltering as what it has been. see temperatures in the upper 80s versus the mid to upper 90s. making it feel uncomfortable out there. looking at the hd skycam. quiet conditions down in inner harbour through much of the day. scattered showers and thunderstorms in the neighborhood but nothing happening in the central portion of the city. still showers and thunderstorms north of the border right now. 77 degrees. inner harbour mostly cloudy skies. winds out of the southwest at three. and humidity levels are sitting at 74 percent. our high today reached 89. normally we are at 86. we got a little bit of prescription out there at the airport. but here it looks like downtown, relatively dry. looking what's going on on regional temperatures. across the mid-atlantic. 73 in harrisburg. 82 in new york. boston, a cool 68 degrees. one of the nice days to open up the windows. 80 in richmond. still warmer and toasty.

back northwest. cooler air moving in behind the cold front bringing the showers and thunderstorms. especially across parts of pennsylvania. over virginia. right around maryland though, baltimore, we did not get a lot of activity rain wise. but there were showers and thunderstorms firing up and erupting over pennsylvania. heavy downpours of rain and few severe thunderstorms in adams county earlier and york county. but looking at 81 baltimore. 81 in d.c. 82 in fredericksberg and continue to see the temperatures warm up through the day tomorrow. back into the mid to upper 80s. and good news is, like i said, relief pushed through and we will continue to see just slightly cooler temperatures with off-and-on shower through the next several days. future scan shows a clear start for the morning commute. then a few pop-up showers possible by late afternoon. then we will see a nice quiet night for thursday to start us off for thursday morning. then into the afternoon. another run of showers and thunderstorms possible. in the area. tomorrow, expect sun and clouds. and temperatures right around 88 degrees. northerly wind at five. with a chance for afternoon
