>> hello, i am jennifer gilbert. >> and i am jeff barnd. breaking news. >> police on the scene of a shooting. happened at york road and radnor avenue. two shot. one shot in the head. and died. the other was shot in the leg and arm. and moments earlier, a man walked into a nearby fire station with a gunshot wound. police are trying to figure out if he is connected to shooting. >> ongoing fight between baltimore city and the fire union rages on. >> myranda stephens is live outside of city hall latest tonight. myranda? >> well, jennifer and jeff, the fire union has rejected the late he request to trim the budget. only adding more fuel to an already growing fire. the city is now asking the union to reduce its budget by about $3 million. either through furloughs, layoffs, or cuts to vacation. but after two weeks of negotiations, the union rejected the city's request. saying any kind of layoffs or furloughs will not only hurt the

prostitute. they were shown advising her on how to cheat on taxes, and how to create a underage sex ring. crime and justice reporter joy lepola has the story you are seeing first on fox. >> an organization that prides itself on social justice, and stronger communities is under fire. criticism has surfaced after acorn workers in baltimore were secretly recorded giving advice to a man and woman posing as a prostitute and pimp. staffers, aiding the two, with tax evasion. and create caning an underage sex ring. in the transcript of the recording, the acorn worker tells the pimp, "no, you have to pay taxes on the money you make" the man posing as the pimp asks "is there any way around that though?" the staffer replies "yeah, don't file them and you continue to do cash." . >> in the video the two go on to tell the staffers they want to secure a house, where the woman

this saturday night. cure for health care. airs at 10:30. immediately after fox 45 news at 10:00. >> more swine flu vaccination tests are set to start this time on pregnant women. so far 6 percent of swine flu deaths in the u.s. have been among pregnant women. since the studies on adults and kids are going so well they will begin research on women in the second and third trimesters. >> and according to doctors, 70 percent of all american children need to be vaccinated for the swine flu before the general population. that ages six months to 18 years of age. scientists say the swine flu, of course will sweep through schools this autumn. with a typical infected child getting 2 or 3 other children sick. >> well, a little sun today and then the clouds moved in. >> overall not too bad. no complaints here. jessica starr joins us again to look at the sky watch forecast. you know, it is okay. >> it was not too bad out there.

clouds thickened up late afternoon. and evening hours. and that's what we are still dealing with. wide spread clouds out there. 64 degrees currently at the inner harbour. winds are still strong. out of the northeast at 15 miles per hour. and the humidity is still up with the winds oust of the northeast bringing in the moisture off the chesapeake and atlantic. allows for humidity to climb a bit. 65 percent out there right now. and there is the rain showers. there is the area of low pressure system, coastal low wrapping around, bringing in the rain showers. salisbury is looking at the rain showers. ocean city seeing them. and clouds thicken up. so we will start to see the ban move. normally the weather patterns are west to east. with the area of low pressure system, these rain showers move from east to west. so kind of a backward system with the coastal low system. so some of the rain showers will make the way into baltimore. but further west you are, toward oakland, you probably will not see any rain showers, or experience any rain showers from the coastal low system. so here is a bit of a bigger

picture. here it is right there. counter-clockwise rotation around the low pressure system. but it will, by tomorrow, it will start to exit. and move toward the northeast. so best chance for rain showers are going to come tonight into the early morning hours. by the time the thing starts to move out late tomorrow afternoon into saturday morning. temperatures though today. we were on the cool side. 71 is the high at bwi thurgood marshall airport. we're checking in at 64 degrees in baltimore. 62 degrees in harrisburg. 65 degrees in new york and chilly 59 in boston. so we could see another 1 to 2 inches. here is the predict rainfall totals from the coastal low system, through early sunday morning. we could see about 1 to 2 inches here in baltimore, and around 3 inches in chestertown. this model is more accurate for chestertown as the delmarva has a better chance of seeing significant rainfall from the coastal low system. for tomorrow, eastern shore forecast. mostly cloudy skies. high of 70. and winds out of the northeast at 15 to 25 myspace an hour.
