around noon today.ú officers of k-9's and rifles surrounded the home. the man violated a protective order. officers were able to get the suspect to surrender peacefully. but still neighbors were surprised by all the commotion. >> i am glad everything went down. he is out. this is the most action this street has evening. other than someene in a car accident. >> he was served the protective order yesterday and broke into the home today. >> man is charged with pounding a gun at children in a bus. children just left south hampden middleeschool in belair and were on the way home. when drivers saw someone byythe road with a gun. turned out to be an air pistol but it caused a lot of concern. >> we were not sure what was going on. we were just told we were on ú%ckdown. and later we heard airsoft gun. >> police charged 18-year-old

home. what can you tell us? >> it was very close to the home. there are a lot of wood wood areas off maryland route seven with subdivisions that sort of cuttthrough into the woods. and we're told that this 8-year-old boy and a friend was playing back in the woods, behind their homms, when he somehow ended up in a stream. we're told that he may have fallen. the second boy ran for helpp bbt when rescue crews responded to the 911 ccll they had trouble reaching the boy. >> from that location, they were directed through the woods to approximately half a milee3 through heavy woods. where in an area near a small stream they located a small child. 7 or 8-years-old. young boy. stretcher and basket to carryú him to a fore wheel drive vehicle waiting to put him in an ambulance where he was taken to and he did not survive. arrestt3

and the winds are out of the southeast at 3 miles per hour. and temperatures across the northhast. that the hour. 74 baltimore.3 75 in harrisburg. and cooler toward pittsburg and cleveland. both 67. because they are dealinn with rain showers right now. and clouds started to thicken up late this evening. and zooming out and showing you the larger picture. here comes the rain showers just in tiie for the weekend. but again it is a large area of low pressure systemmslow moving system. not going to be a complete washout. wake up tomorrow with clouds. and then the chance for rain showers both saturday and sunday. again, not a huge washout system. but it is a slow moving system just in time for the weekend. so putting future scan in to motion. 9 a.m. tomorrow. cloudy conditions. but thickening up later in thh afternoon and evening hours. as the low pressure system inches closer to the region. so again the best chaace for rain showers comes saturday into sunday. but then once the low pressure system officially moves through, sunday we have a chance to see thunderstorms before the high pressure system builds in. so for tomorrow.

engengland's manchester club on july 31. officials are hoping for another sellout crowd. especially since the match is a few weeks after the world cup wraps up. ravens president hopes this trend will continue and help to bring in other big time events. we are extremely excited to have soccer coming back to m&tt3 bank staaium. hopeful that this will be -- we're having the event this summer, hoping to ave more events. i think, as we demonstrate that baltimore and m&t bank stadium is a good venue for soccer. we hope to bring more soccer events to the stadium. -opeful that this will help our cup bid for the united states. if we can demonstrate that this is a great place for soccer, we're hopeful thattwhen the u.s. gets the world cup awwrded to it baltimore will be one of the cities that will have matches. >> this year's world ccp starts3 june 11 in south africa catch the >>well, the good news is that it
