unfortunate we're starting with -he first accident right onn3 crane highway. you also want to watch out for patches of fog this mooning. so you will be dealing with reduced visibility. if you're traveling the west side of the beltway, here is a live look t liberty road if you can pop that up. this is going to be at harford road. it's going to be an easy rideú along the inner and outer loop lanes. that will be the same situation if you're traveling on he west ú%de of the beltway this morning. traveling along the outer loop lanes, from 795, to 95, you're looking at n 11-minute ride with speeds at 55 miles per hour. in problems to report if you're trrvellng from the fort mchenry tunnel, you're looking at an 8-minute trip with an average speed of 55 miles per hour and from the toll ttnnel plaza you're look being at 11-minute rrde with 55 miles peú hour. that's a look at the morning travels. patrice, back to you. we are following breaking news just into our newsroom.

police are searching for a robbery suspect near a southeast baltimore school. police say three robbery suspects bailed out of a car near patterson high schhol. two of the three suspects have been taken into custody but the 3rd is still on the loose in the wooded area behind the school. while police chasing the first two suspects they found weapons but there's in word if the 3rd suspect is armed or not. there's also no word on how or if this will affect the schooll3 schedule. but we do have a viiw on the scene and we will bring you all the latest information as it becomes available. %-prompts a big lawsuit.ng after a baltimore county stuuent says she was shoved down a it's a story you're seeinn first on fox. meean gilliland is live from franklin middle school where one mother says her daughher's pleas for help were jjst ignored. good morning, megan. >> reporter: good morning, patrice. we're talking about a

$600 million lawsuit against the county board of education and fiscal administrator here. the victim's mother says herr3 daughter's pleas were ignored and she is upset about that. the 7th grader says she was bullied every day. it escalated when she was pushed down a flight of stairs at the school and as a result broke her foot. %-admiiistrators ignored her. >> they hould have been protecting her. >> misssben bow does not want any child in the school system to suffer like her child. >> reporter: at this point county school administrators -ill not comment on any lawsuiis. ben bow hopes that her daughter will be afer. stay tuned for continuing

week. baltimore may end p aying a bottle tax after all. it was nixed last week but now the city council is considering a plan to add a 4-ceet feed on most bottle contaiiers, including soda, water and beer. the mayor says without it hundreds of employees will be laid off. last night the ciit council voted to hold off on making any final decisions for a couple of other wwys to make revenue. >> you know, these products are made ere in baltimore city as well. >> it's about saving jobs and saving services. we are the fabric of this community. we live and work here every day. and we pay those taxesshere every day. >> the other option, the council is are considering, include an outdoor advertise tax, charging fees for vacant buildings and taxiig your cable t.v. pink sllps are if the futur3 for hundredd of baltimore city

3 welcome back. it's 5:44 on this tuesday morning. we're checking out the sky waach hd radar, another dry scan out there. don't be fooled, there's a little bit of low level cloud cover nd fog to deal with this morning. it's not very evenfulli evenful- eventful ii termm of fog. low pressure center off the coast moving away from our area ú%d we're ot concerned about that today when in fact we will be looking better as we move along here this afternoon. 66 degrees at the inner harbor with cloudy skies then. 90% relative hhmidity, aromeeer on the rise. 60 degrees in baltimore, the same for d.c. 52 in salisbury, and 59 up in

hageestown. very mild all over and oakland at 55 degrees very mild. -igh pressure is going to build in from the north. that will help. we're still gettinggthe flow. you can see moving in from the east. a little bit more moisture to staat the day and then eventuully we will see with thunderstorms staying to the south todayyout of ur wayy we won't have to worry about those today but we will be taaking about warmer temperatures and -hat will set the stage for the possibility of maybe some get into the middle of the week, wednesday, more so on thursday, really and friday, aad high pressure again, brings us nice temperatures today and also the sunshine it should replace to start the day. then there's the front that will move in. %-this warm moist aar that isf steaming from the south. you ccn expect theechance for thunderstorms. they could be strong to severe for thursday and friday. here is what we're looking for the high temperature in the easterr shore, getting to 66 egrees, with mostly clear skies, once you get rid of the morning clouds and fog, it's
