anne arundel county just got more energy efficient. they voted to allow resident tt build wind mills on their property to generate energy. in order to avood eye sores the wind mills neee to e under 25 feetttall. sooe residents have complained that powering wind mills ould reduce property values and create noise. maryland state pension system grew beyond expectations in the last fiscal year. thaa is welcomed news after two straight years of decline. the maryland state retirement portfolio rrturned 14% on investment that is ell above the expected return rate of 7.75%. compared that to 2005 when assets fell more than 20%. the maryland pension system is responsible for the pension funds of more than 115,000 retirees. sea crabs will be up for
