a 12-inch watermain broke along harford road this morning. megan gilliland is live with a3 look at how things are shaping up this morning. good morning, megan. >> reporter: good morning, patrice. we are live along harforr road3 between joppa road and crews haveebeen on the scene when this watermaan bboke in not one but two places, of course. whhre the break occur. two spots up the street is where the other one is. since that happened. this road had been shutdown, but minutes ago, ccews did open one lane of haaford road. they say they are goong to keep that lane open ttrough the morning rush hour commute to try to ease sometime traffic headed through the busy street here when the morning rush hour is close harford road down again s3 that they can try to repair the wattrmain break in bothhof these two places. the good news is water has been restored to all of the customerú in thissarea.

frontal boundary that is going to move outh. isolated thunderstorm chances. and that will push through the frontal oundary later tonight. ú% brings us a nicc dry day tommrrow and that highhwill scoot up to the north and east. then comes in the coastal low. you heard us talk about a coastal low. it won't be the heavy rain, ww could get an inch or more of rain and that is significant enough aad we're keeping our eye on hurricane paula. hurriiane paula has just become a hurricane with category 1, 70--mill-an-hour winds, 655 miles southwest of miami, but the course of ii will take -t out to sea as the jet stream helps to steer it toward the east. it could scoot across the pennsylvania f florida before it does. it may make an mpact here, but for us it wiil steer away from us. notiie thh trough that will be steering from us, that will also straighten the coastal low.
