a 1.5% pay cut, pretty much the equivalent of a furlough. this comes after months and months f tense negotiations from pension overhauls to scrutiny of police schedules and and talks of cutting officers and in a city that is among the deadliest in the nation. the fop was outraged. >> on to lose even one police officer position right now could adversely affect that fight. to lose 200, it's unthinkable. >> reporter: now since then, police and fire union put political pressure on the mayor and councilmembers, posting negative billboards like the one you saw downtown. while tensions build in the federal lawsuit they filed against the city regarding pensions. it a appears on one front a new agreement, they have reached an agreement that votes will start at 6:00 this morning and go through 7:00 p.m. here at the union lodge. we're live at hambden.

i'm megan gilliland. fox early decision. -- edition. it happened at 8:00 on tuesday morning on route 175 near k-mart drive. police say a saturn ion crossed the median and hit a dodge car van. that minivan was struck by a 3rd vehicle. the driver of the minivan and the sion were pronounced dead. the cause remains under investigation. police have to breakup a fight at a baltimore county high school. the incident happened on wednesday morning at overly high school. police had to spray mays t mazet the stud ante students apart. >> there was cops literally all the way around the circle. it was massive people everywhere. >> two students are now facing charges. a new book is sparking out

look at them there. cell phone video captures the whole thing. a lawsuit has been filed against the coach and he has been on leave since last month, wow! a trial for the man accused of killing a cabdriver in baltimore is now rescheeuled. 23 years old robert lee murphy was scheduled to be appear in court for thh death of stephen. murphy was tried once before but that ended inna mistrial. the state attorney's office says that murphy's second trial is rescheduled for february. a 17 years old is facing halloween night that left another teen dead. stephen massie has been charged in as an adult. massy was opened fire on twin circle and shot three people. investigators still aren't clear on the motive behind the incident, but massie is being the harbor county sheriff's

department releases video and pictures from the night of an armed robbery at a bel air game stop. investigators a last saturday two men broke into the store and stole more than 100 copies of the then still unreleased call of duty black ops. the first susppct is described as 6 feet tall, 183 pounds. the second is. model white minivan. anyone with information is asked to call the sheriff's department or metro crime stoppers. a local orchard is being sued by someone who said their cider made them sick. baltimore resident was one of the ones that reported getting sick. he filed the suit seeking $30,000. last week the farm recalled the cider because of e. coli concerns. a miami dolphin player was spitting mad after sunday's game

cooler, 34 in salisbury and 38 in hagerstown. the temperatures are going to climb, but not s warm as yesterday. 63 for the high and today, the nice weather will be continuing as far as sunshine, but it will be a little cooler with more northeasterly flow coming your way. that low pressure center continues coming off the coast but not anywhere near us. the high pressure is locking. while it does that, it brings us sunshine and again temperatures that will be comfortable enough in the upper 50s. fairly seasonable this time around and the nexttfrontal boundary doesn't come through until sunday night and with it -omes little moisture. it will wash out whatever -ainfall in the middle part of the country and the plains into the mid-west. we're not really that concerned for that. we will get you that part of the week and the senday forecast coming up. 57 degrees a lot of sunshine and 10-15-mile-an-hour wind there.
