hundred. hour ago man shot in the back. about 14 years old. victim said he was robbed at the wacovia bank in northwest baltimore city. a family member then drove him from the scene, into the county. the teen is now at shock trauma. no word at this hour on his condition. >> 145 million-dollar lawsuit goes to trial. this following the death of a 20-year-old frederick man that was tased by sheriff's deputies. an appeals court handed down the decision this week. the family's worst fear is that the case would be thrown out. next week marks three years since the person died. >> been a long road. want people to look at the lawsuit, the case, as far as money, but they don't see what we are going through as far as losing a child. >> this case will go to trial here in baltimore. the attorney for the family said the trial could be scheduled as early as january. >> the city's police union has

not bad. low 35. this morning. precipitation none to talk about. but rain gets here probably early part of next week. so dry weekend. pretty much for the most part. right now, maryland satellite radar composite. looking at clear skies. few high thin clouds west of oakland out there in garrett county. to the east of us. no cloud cover. that storm pushed off far enough to take the clouds with it. that has been setting up over new england for several days. %-the 40s and 30s. right now in continue to see the temperatures dropping through the overnight. winds will continue to stay out of the northwest, and it looks like we will continue to stay a little bit on the cool side for the morning. but temperatures will continue to go up as we go through the week. 50 degrees right now holding in new york. 51 downtown baltimore. 41 in pittsburg. so you can see the cooler air will settle in through the overnight. so you will need a jacket tonight and tomorrow morning. but as the afternoon progresses, it looks like with high pressure, we will see clear conditions. plenty of sunshine. and it looks ike dry as you see on the future scan. no activity in the form of
