an arizona family finds down one member after their dog is accidentally euthanized. sergeant terry young found target in afganistan. she was labeled a hero and he wanted to giie her a gooo home. target had been living with young'' family in phoenix since july.ú she got out over the weekend and was picked up by animal control. officials say monday a worker mistakenly euthanized the dog. >> that dog and i went through so much over there. whennyou o through such anú intense experience ith somebody, all being a dog, yyu just wrote a very strong bbnd. >> theeworkerrer who euthanized target has been placed on administrative leave. authorities are searching on exotic animals they say were taken. stole twoogecko and an ingiew a,

with the low pressure center %-right now as it moves up into our west later in the day. here is what we got with the low pressure center moving in, it will bring the rain through the afternoon it looks like getting more steadyy it picks up the ace a little bit more intensitt as well. amounts and we look at 3:00 as a poiit in time when we see thh moderate rain beginnings to fall parr of the state. overnightttonight it tapers off start to see it easing up to the north and east and drier air works behind it. that low pressure center not bringing showers and the western part of the state seeing a little bit by thursday.ú otherwise, we're looking at 3 quarters to an inch of rain. it's going to be a decent dose for most. and more to the west, an inch ann a 3rd tt an inch 1/2. temperature twice, mid-to upper 40s and all of the cloud cover keeping us moderate temperatures 51, at baltimore dc.

basically stealing your credit card information during a very legitimate transactioo. reporter: skimmers plant a small device on a cash rrgister, an atm even a gas pump. every time you swipe your card it captures the information. from there the information is likely sold to criminals who make a new credit card with the stolen number. >> we have people doing it here locally, but there's also people doing it overseas as part of an argued crime sinne syndicate, t3 in real profile. %->> reporter: the owings mills victims have reported fraudulent purchases, some totaling thoussnds of dollars, in the states of alaska, arizona, new ú%rk, kentucky, washingtonnd.c., virginia, even mexico. >> viber crime is a - cyber national enfr ingray infrastrucú
