really not too bad. and we do see some showers to the wwst that are moving in our direction. they're dissipating in strength as they move east. they may have to do with some showers, they will be dealing with less than .10 of an inch through today. 45 degrees and not a whole lot in the way of foo. 50 degrees at noon and we top out in the mid-60s at 65 degrees at 2:00 this afternoon beforrebacking up to 58 this afternoon. we could still have an evening shower before it begins to dry out. let's see what is happening on the roads. here is candace dold. >> so far we have been checking in on the main lines. things look good. here is the live look of 295 traveling at 175, and getting busy on the southbound lanes and nothing to get in the way. that is the same deal traveling on the entire surface of 295. 295 is also in the clear the southbound lanes from beltway, all the way down toward route 100, 7 minutes at 50 miles per

hour. and everything looks clear toward the beltway, 8 minutes at 53 miles per hour with a 9 minute clip on southbound 95, harror tunnel toward 895. that's a look at the morning travels. patrice, back over to you. 5:31 on fox 45 early edition. convicted of murdering his wife a baltimore county man will now learn his fate. dennis tetso will be sentenced hours from now. megan gilliland is live from the courthouse where it all will ú%ppen, good morning, megan. >> reporter: good morning, patrice. at 9:30 dennis tetso will be making his way up to the 3rd floor of this court knowing that when he walks down he could be facing 30 years behind bars. dennis tetso was found guilty last month of murdering his wife. she disappeared in 2005.3 her family and friends always suspected that dennis played a role but trace'sy's body was never found. that makes it the first convictioo of a guilty murder

with a murder with mont no body. it's suspected that he murdered tracy after learning that she was having an affair with a co-worker of sentencing will begin at 9:30 this morning. we will have a crew inside of the courthouse. for now reporting from towson, from the baltimore county courthouse, megan gilliland. police say a body found mutilated in massachusetts is that of a teenager from baltimore who went missing last week. he went missing november 14 and was believed to beeheaded back to this area. less than 24 hours later authorities found his body in a boston suburb. the medical examiner says it was so badly damaged that he hadd3 difficulty determining the cause -f death. it was one week ago that a category f-1 tornado ripped

through northeast baltimore in parkville. now we're hearing what first responders saw in their first -oments on the scene descriptive aad chilling accounts. joel d smmth is live at northeast where some residents had roofs ripped off. it still looks so bad na that it area, good morning, joel. >> reporter: good morning. patrice. as much as we can show it. it's difficult to to believe. look at how high that group of roots is there and the tree behind it that came down. that brings us toothe thing we talking about right now. up above the people of sleeping, pieces falling down on top of other people. it looks bad, but can you imagine how dark and confusing it was. here is a respond oo the first first report. >> we have a 2 for see apartment building. we have wires down everywhere, it looks like a tornado ripped

through here. we have the roof is missing off of 2205. >> reporter: just amazing right there as people were trying to respond, that was the baltimore city fire department. they came out after the storm. they figured right away it was a tornado. after that point the national weather service confirmed that an f-1 tornado caused all of that damage. 51 units condemned, including in this group a baltimore police officer going in and having to rescue a mother and a daughter covered by cement block after their roof was torn off. police went in but right at that point they weren't sure who they would be able to save. it took until much later to realize how serious this was. >> everyone was out in savey that we saw outside and we were what just happened. we had actually had no idea. >> reporter: that officer said when they went inside, they

saw that there was cement block on top of people. they just legs underneath of rubble and at the time they weren't sure who was alive. they were able to find people because they followed the screams. a very dangerous harrowing situation and we're starting to get the feel for how m heroic it was to go inside under this scenario. >> it's not imaginable what those people went through. you look at that apartment building and there's no roof3 there. if you were sleeping on that top floor, i can't imaaine what that was like but hearinggthese fiferrefirstresponders it lets . >> for some people, it was like a dream, they woke up and they saw the stars above them.ú that's the innocent account of them. for some of them the roof came on top of them. for them it was a nightmare. you don't know how stable this, but the police gg in because that is the heros that this they are. they had to breakdown a door to try to save them because the

door was locked. amazing stories and seeing how heroic these people are and obviously everyone got out mostly safe and everyone alive. >> and a week later, still so much damage, thank you joel. you can hear more of the officer's stories unedited in foxbaltimore.com/raw news. moments of manic as a water festival in cambodia turns into a deadly stampede. officials say at least 350 people are dead, hundreds more hurt. it happened on the 3rd and final day of the celebration in cambodia's capital city. nearly 1/3 of the country's population was headed to that scene. there's no word on what started the panic. the country's minister is calling it the nation's worst trtragedy in three decades. officials still don't know if anyone is alive they say the miners haven't made contact.

for us sky hd radar not real eventful at this point in time. you're looking back to the west and seeing showers that are headed in our direction ffr later into the early afternoon of here t will be tapering offt some, so we will see a weaken of this system as it moves east. otherwise bun degrees -- bun -- 51 degrees, the temperature at the inner harbor. winds out of the southwest at 50 miles per hour lookiig to prevent the fog from developing. 46 degrees the dew point. that is the culprit as far as the chance of showers, rather for the fog this morning. 51 degrees for the temperature, though. pretty mild with the southerly flow. 53 in d.c. look at oakland as 55 degrees there. we're checking out how much rain we could see today and not a whole lot. as we said, that system will wring out its moisture before we get here. we're left with less than a 10th of an inch of rain in

the .100s instead. we arr seeing the elevations half an inch there. the frontal boundary will weaken some as it moves east. it will move into the eastern counttes. back as we move to the latter part of the afternoon into the evening. it actually moves out of here and any showers would be weakening as they move east. so we could have a lingering shower by evening, high pressure builds in and brings us more sunshine by tomorrow. the next frontal boundary will be moving and bringing us showers for thanksgiving day instead of friday. the travel day should be dry, cooler air definitely to the way. this week we will see it for the seven-day forecast. the eastern shore, a 10-20-mile-an-hour wind. showers later for the afternoon there. the central part of the state, 65 degrees should do it with some showers later on in the afternoon. back to the west, looking at showers coming a little bit earlier, around noontime, 61 degrees for the high and tonight 39 degrees with a

when his daughter kristen died of a rare brain cancer. >> it's a hard, tragic, painful death. she died in high arms. >> reporter: then the girl's mother was diagnosed with rennal cell cancer. she died this month. doctors told randy the cause for these causes could be environmental, one culprit the water supply. >> this aquifer in fort detrick is the most contaminated in the routes. >> reporter: white has pent more than a half merchandise to test the wattr and soil. >> they found agent orange near house in the ground. >> reporter: contamination were found even when detrick did the testing 5 years ago which ii when the government started supplying dottie and her daughter with bottled water and still does today. >> you can't take a shower with it. you can't hang a jug of water in the shower. >> reporter: their main concern is cancer rather common around here.

>> my mom died with ovarian and colon cancer. >> reporter: lots of loved ones have been lost. sister and my aunt next door suffered of cancer. it would break your heart. >> reporter: the list of patients includes dottie first diagnosed with cancer the same year she retired. that is when she received the medical report records from fort detrick. >> they didn't know what harm was being done at that time. >> reporter: among the list are things like venezuelan equine injections and details of her sickness and symptoms. >> randy white uses the record to build his case. he claims 800 cases within an 8-mile radius of fort detrick, enough to convince health officials to look into it is.

resurgent buccaneers at 4:15. the bucks and the ravens this sunday. only on fox 45. much to the surprise of no one, brad childress was fired yesterday by the minnesota vikings one day after going 12-4 and advancing in the championship game. the ttam falls 3-7 and in severe disarray. they lost to green bay which seemed to to be the last straw. the owner who was already upset with childress over his abrupt dismissal of randy moss. the coordinator takes over on an interim basis. he has been named the most valuable player in the national league and it wasn't even close. albert who won the mvp the last two years in a row finished second. he hit 37 home runs and led the league with 118rbis and led the
