is done, is their own hard work. neighbors say these narrow streets rarely see salt trucks or plows, and that just leads to more trouble like this yesterday. even a towtruck trying to pull out another car, can't get traction and almost takes out a third car. "grab your shovel and lend a hand". that's not only neighborly idea around here, but a solution, some say the only one if you want to get your car to one of the main roads that are clear. these narrow streets, are part of the challenge, but there is no optimism things will get better. reliance on themselves is the easiest answer. continued down the road roadtwo other deaths are also being blamed on the weather.a taxis driver is dead... after his car got stuck in the snow in northwest ... and then caught fire. fire.and in westminster... a 32-year-old man suffered a fatal heart attack while shoveling snow. if your car was towed... and you didn't pick it up by midnight... you'll most likely have to pay up.many of the cars left abandoned by drivers on 83... were taken to poly high in north baltimore. drivers were not charged for the towing. merchant: "i had a bit of a breakdown half way here, but now that i see my car in the parking lot, my spirits are way up and i'm just ready to go home and get warm." drivers who left abandoned cars in lots... face being impounded or ticketed. to put this winter storm traffic disaster into perspective... take a listen to these numbers.there were 1- hundred-37 accidents on the beltway... 7 jack-knifed
