northwest baltimore. family members say the victims, including three small children, were upstairs asleep.. when three men broke into the home at about 3-30 this morning.. yelling, police. once inside the home.. the suspects handcuffed the residents.. and shot a man in the face when he broke free. this woman, who's concealing her identity, says the violent attack happened at her daughter's house. house.
