3 violent home invasions in baltimore city have residents on guard.in one attack... the suspects posed as police and shot a victim in the face. megan gilliland is live from city police headquarters with more on the search for suspects. suspects.good morning patrice, there's been a number of these attacks in recent months... with men posing as police... tying up residents... even shooting them.police have an arrest in one of those attacks. unfortunately, the suspects in this latest case... are still on the run. run.it happened at a house on hilldale avenue in northwest baltimore.family members say the victims, including three small children, were upstairs asleep... when three men broke into the home around 3-30 yesterday morning... yelling, police.once inside... the suspects handcuffed the

residents and shot a man in the face when he broke free. this woman, who wants to remain annoymous, says the violent attack happened at her daughter's house. (victim's mom) "you have one guy in the hospital that got shot in the face. and you have my daughter who's been thrown on the ground, scratched up and her whole body is sore.." sore.." a few hours later... there was another home invasion... around 5 o'clock in the morning at a home on towsend avenue in brooklyn. three masked men pistol whipped the residents inside and sexualll assaulted a 25-year-old woman.police say the suspects also shot a man in the stomach. investigators say the suspects at this house were not police impersonators. if your questioning whether the officer at your door is real... police say remember there's a new department policy that requires plain clothes officers to wear a jacket that has police written across it....they'll usually have a badge around their neck as well.. unless they're working truly undercover.live

from city police headquarters, megan gililland, fox45 morning news. baltimore city police are still searching for serial firebombers this mor. morning.someone has thrown molotov cocktails at nine homes in the city.you can see from this map... the locations range from south balitmore to northwest baltimore. a homeowner... hit in northwest baltimore says the molotov cocktail thrown at their house... woke her entire family up. she says... when she walked outside, she saw flames. this is just one of nine incidents in less than three weeks.because they are scattered across the city... police believe there are several suspects.but there are some similarities.police say it appears the firebombs are thrown in occupied homes... most are thrown through a window on the first floor. investigators also believe these incidents are random and very dangerous.
