&praping a young girl at a f baltimore county skating rink is now in the hands of a jury. thee'll have to decide if 26-year old devon perry is responsible for a gang rape. megan gilliland is live from the courthouse in towson where deliberations will continue in just a few hours. hours.good morning patrice, after listening to several days of testimony and deliberating for several hours, jurors left here on friday without reaching a verdict in the case against perry.this morning, they'll

return here... to decide his fa. fate.devon perry is accused of raping a 12-year old girl back in 2010.during closing arguments the state pointed jurros attention to this surveillance video of the night in question. the state argues it shows perry entering the storage area at skateworks where the young girl says... three men raped her.but perry's attorney argues that &ppolice only found d-n-a from the two other suspects, not his client.the judge did throw out several charges including first degree rape due to lack of d-n-a evideece.the other suspects are 19-year-old kadeem santiful, who pleaded guilty to a second degree sex offense.and 15-year-old tracey hankins who was tried as a juvenile.all three worked occasionally at the roller rink, which cllsed shortly after the incident. stay with us as we continue to follow this case... we'll be in the courtroom again this morning... and will bring you the very latest as we wwit to learn perry's fate.live in towson, megan gilliland, fox45 morning news.

police in annapolis raid a home... looking for drugs... but they didn't expect to find a local politician there. it happened last weeek at a public housing complex.police were acting on a tip... about drug activity inside two apartments at the complex. when they got there... they expected to find p-c-p.thhy didn't expect to find local alderman... kenneth kirby... living in one of the apartments... watching television in the living room. now... more questions are being raised about the raid... and what exactly was going on there. :40 - "i don't understand it. i think it's weird. why was he in there and there was a drug bust going on. i don't understand that."02:04 "i really don't know what to think because they didn't find anything where he was... when that stuff was happening ,3tho" though."the raid did result in three arrests... and the seizuue of drugs and paraphernalia...but not from kirby wasn't charged... and no
