north carolina.they say ray broke into a home last wednesday, tied up people inside... and raaed the housekeeper.ray faces several charges including robbery and first degree assault.they believe he's linked to other home invasions. the identity of a man...killed in a house fire in harford county is released. released.john youngblood was killed when the fire broke out around 5 o'clock saturday night... in abingdon, along lombard court. you can see the charred... broken window... someone ouuside the building called 9-1-1 when they saw the flames.once inside... firefighters found one person, dead.he hasn't been identified yet.investigators are trying to determine what started the fire. baltimore fire deaths fall to a record low.fire officials say they've dropped to the lowest level since record-keeping began in 1938. laat year, the city recorded 17 fire deaths... down from the record high of 88, set in 1984.

the so-called "butt slasher"... is in police custod. custody.for months... he terrorized women at virginia shopping malls.police used these surveillance pictures to track down johnny gullient pimental... at a shopping mall in his native peru.he's accused of slashing 13 young women as they shopped in virginia last year... including a 20 year old pregnant woman. "small technical difficulty"... terribly wrong on the costa concordia. we finally heard announcements being made and in english weeheard that they were saying that everything was under control, that there had been an electrical problem with the generator and my husband and i looked at eachother and said they're full of it. the ship eventually capsized and was nearly 50 percent submerged. the crew members ran through the lobby yelling abandon ship. amid the chaos... crew announcements about lifeboats -- but for some, help was no where to be found. there wasn't anybody to help you -- the passengers were loading lifeboats.we had to go four or five gates down to find the lifeboat that we could get into, then the people were very angry that we got intt that lifeboat because it was very crowded. we were helping the staff more than they were helping us. they weren't in control, there were very few people who knew what was going on in our area. the ship hit rocks too close to the island of giglio -- forcing passengers to evacuate. they only had raftssleft, but the
