(ms. keith/mother) "it just brings up.. i mean, just thinking about the fact that my son passed away in may 2008 and something like this 2011.. which it's really.. against his name, it's not right.. it's not something that should happen." happen."his mother called police. but when officers ran the tag... they found out... it
