allegations of sex abuse at penn state and elsewhere is getting the attention of maryland lawmakers.they're proposing punishment... for people who ádon'tá report it. it.they're considering a bill which imposes criminal penalties on those failing to report suspected child abuse . the mother of a cheerleader says her daughter was recently molested by a referee and the coach ignored it.
