neighborhood turned into a murder scene. &pscene. we'll take you inside the investigation that's creating morr questions than answers. hello.,... i'm jeff barnd. barnd. and i'm jennifer nearly crime free neighborhood is shattered by a morning murde. murder. karen parks .../ in... northwest the latest... on the inves. investigation. this is a very quiet....close knit neighborhood.....accorriiggtt police records the last crime reported in this neighborhood was larceny back in 2008..... but this morning.....police received a report of a shooting around 10:45 this morning...here along haverford road in windsor hills...when they arrived they found an adult man right here face down.....you can still see blood stained leaves here on the ground.... ground.... tte man was pronounced dead at the scene...investigators say it appears the unidentified man suffered from a gunshot wound to the head... neighbors say they don't believe tte victim is from the neiggborhood and they don't believe this shooting was random..... random.....
