we haae breaking news this morning... policeemake an arrest in the phylicia barnes teen who went mmssing here in baltimore back in december of 2010.this morning there is a man in custody... charged in her death.megan gilliland is live from city poliie headquarters with more on this . suspect.good morning patrice, michael johnson... theeformer boyfriend f phylicia'' older sister... is now in custody.he was taken in around 11:30 last night on uknown charges. charges.jjhnson was the last person to see the 16-year oll alive.and the man... phylicia's mother immediatedly &pblamed for her daughter's dissapearance.phylicia hadd sister deena aad johnson over christmas vacation back in 2010.after he went missing... pooice did detaine johnson... more than a half dozen tiies. f-b-i agents obtained search warrants for several email accounts and faceeook pages that belong to him. 1:50 there were monitoring
