arundel county medical center. 13 new mothers and their babies were moved. right now, there are no new developments in the ongoing connroversy over the city's phone system.the city's inspector general says his probe into the purchase of video phones and switches by the mayor's office has now moved beyond the preliminary phase. the i-g's office is now conducting a full investigation of the over 650- thousand doolar acquisition. the purchase came at the same time the city was approving competitive bids for similar equipment. city comptroller joan pratt has accused the mayor of bypassing the city's procurement process. the mayor says the purchases of pricey video phones were made as part of a pilot program. if you love high speed-racing cars and helping out others....than the grand prix is looking for you. the event that's scheduled for labor day weekend is looking for 8-hundred volunteers to help with event ceremonies,

çç the recession is over, but millions of older americans are in danger of losing their homes. as alison kosik explains... a new study shows just how bad it is. 3 --reporter pkg-as follows -- many people are still reeling from the great recession. and older americans, those over age 50, are getting hit hard. since the recession started in 2007, more than one-and-a-half million older homeowners have lost their homes to foreclosure. even worse, millions more appear to be headed down that same path. a new report from a-a-r-p says three-and-a-half million homeowners over 50 are underwaterr meaning they owe more on their mortgage than the home is worth. that's generally seen as a precursor to foreclosure. many
