northern parkway. both cars rolled down an embankment and caught fire. the... two men in the honda... that police were tailing... died in the crash. they've been identified as... 26-year old devell johns... and... 28 year old terrell young. both appear to have long criminal records... dating back to 2006. the female passenger in the jeep... was also killed. while the sole survivor... was seen stumbling from the wreckage. theccord... who can say with any real certainity what was happening in the moments before this crash occured. at this point... police won't say whether the officers were actually "pursuing" the honda. what they do admit to... coming up next half hour. i'm megan gilliland, fox45 morning news. opold... may not be done with politics. leopold spent 30 days in jail earlier this year and 30 days on house arrest after being convicted of misconduct... but his lawyer's say... that shouldn't stop him from running for office during his five- year probation. they've now filed an appeals motion... arguing that the judge in the case didn't have the authority to make that decision. that appeal will be heard next january. a woman who accused john leopold of misconduct resolves her wrongful termination case. karla hamner will receive 110- thousand dollars from anne arundel county. leopold's former spokeswoman accused him of firing her after she refused to help with his re- election campaign. concerts -- is liable for the singer's deat (nats) michael jackson never got the chance to perform what was supposed to be his ultimate comeback tour in 2009. he died of an overdose of the powerful anesthetic propofol, administered by dr. conrad murray. in 2011, murray was convicted of involuntary manslaughter and sentenced to four years in prison. now, a different jury is preparing to decide if concert promoter aeg live must pay potentially billions of dollars to jackson's heirs... because they claim the company negligently hired murray. (nats applause) it's a training exercise for teachers learning how to keep their students and themselves alive. "we train those people to deal with that shooter with their hands, with their feet, with their elbows. that's what we do." zach hudson is a central florida police officer and cnn hero recognized for his work helping senior citizens. he's now training teachers how to run, hide and fight back if a gunman targets their school. "chop that body down. use both those knees. chop that body down." hudson's approach does not include keeping guns in the classroom. "not so much encouraging us to arm ourselves with weapons but arm ourselves with knowledge and how we can use the environment around us.". part of that is teaching teachers how to

could be hearing more these days. a new study says a growing number of manufacturers are moving overseas production back

home. alison kosik is at the new york stock exchange with details. electronics are typically made outside the u-s. same with clothes... and toys. but now, some production is coming home... and that means jobs. a new study from boston consulting group says 54- percent of big businesses plan to move, or are thinking about moving, some production from china to america. that's up from 37-percent last year. some companies already have... google's moto x phone is assembled in texas. g-e moved some refrigerator production back to the u-s. apple has done the same with its mac computer. and others say it's on the agenda.... 21-percent of companies surveyed have already moved production or are planning to in the next two years... more than double what we heard last year. they're making the move because product quality is higher... and it saves money to make the item in the same country where it's sold. but the number one reason is labor costs... they're falling in the u-s, and rising in china. that levels out the playing field, but it means

condition this morning... after a police pursuit in north baltimore ends in a fiery crash. at this hour... police have identified some of the victims but there are still a lot of unanswered questions. megan gilliland has been following this story since the crash early yesterday morning... she joins us now live from city police headquarters where the investigation is underway. good morning guys, the big question this morning... is... were the officers who were dressed in plain clothes in an unmarked car... actually chasing the honda that ended up smashing into a jeep. it happened a little after midnight yesterday... at northern parkway and york road. police say the honda accord... was fleeing north-bound on york when it crashed into the jeep cherokee... heading east on northern parkway. both cars rolled down an embankment and caught fire. the... two men in the honda... that police were tailing... died in the crash. they've been identified as... 26-year old devell johns... and... 28 year old
