more than seven hours of deliberations he was accused in an attack that occured at an ellicott city nail salon. he eluded police for eight months before turning himself in at howard county police headquarters in march. sentencing is set for december. police say... they... caught a career criminial... who terrorized... businesses... across... anne arundel county ... for... the... past 10 months.../ investigators say dave holland of annapolis is responsible for a dozen smash and grabs. they say holland, would strike between 11 pm and 3 am...masked with a bandana, wearing the same clothing. this is surveillance video of his final smash and grab in deale, md. before this, police say he burglarized a barber shop, a ritas, starbucks, jimmy johns and many other busineses in anne arundel county. while fleeing a burglary in deale...that's when his vechicle was stopped and they found the tire iron in his car. "i hope he turns his life around and don't take things that aren't yours"

which ban the drug by changing the chemicals....to make them legal again. but marylands new law takes another approach.... (expert) "we're now......violation of the law...." (brother) "the high is so intense....going to die...." charlies brother managed to quit the drug. but for charlie.....it was too late. jeff abell, fox 45, news, late edition... the city wants to "transform" baltimore by reducing the number of liquor stores.... currently there are more than 1300 licenses in baltimore about twice the number the city should have..... some are operating in residential areas.... one problem area .... park heights where this year alone .... at least 21 people were killed all within 300 feet of a liquor store... if we had less liquor stores there would be less crime. (28:22) for us to continue to revitalize and work on this neighborhood we have to get rid of some of the 40 liquor stores the most liquor stores in a mile radius in the entire state... ((take vo)) councilwoman middleton says rezoning would also get rid of stores and taverns operating illegally. the state of maryland and facebook have teamed up on a pilot project that is the first of its kind in the country. grace mccomas was the howard county teen who committed suicide after being bullied on twitter. a new state law now makes it a crime to use social media to cause emotional distress to a minor. but this new partnership takes it one step further. it removes the offending comments.... within 24 hours after being reported. -gansler- "there are issues here there are first amendment issues there is what is cyber bullying what
