saturation and that's what we need. and remember 20s and 30s and these are your dew points and your dew point in charlotte is 0 right now. we have to moisten it up before we see much precipitation falling to the ground. that is a limiting factor so far. we had a band of precipitation in our foot mill community. it helped to moisten up a little bit. and the winter weather advisory, that heads in the day on monday and a winter storm warning for our mountain counties and alexander county. and that stretches in your day on monday. and precipitation picture right now. we had a band of snow moving through. and pushed off to the east and

mountains in areas and foothills. that was light and it is not reaching the ground. we have more precipitation back the west. it is around mississippi or arkansas area and that is pushing and bringing more precipitation. >> and here's what it looks like as far as the snow is concerned. and heading overnight to tomorrow morning. the mountain counties, you will be seeing the snow once again. that is dryer. and that is good news. precipitation. and we may see is a winter mix and not much to see in the charlotte area. and this is 10:00 a.m. and this is showing most of the area is pretty dry. and this is a step in the right direction and hopefully that will be be closer to the reality.

a winter mix. and foothills counties. and heaviest comes overnight. and fohill's counties and that is the best potential for icing and sleet and freezing rain to cause problems. we are not looking at major accumulation and that will be the bull's eye and even the mountain areas are turning over to rain until late afternoon and ovening hours. this is really heavy rain holding off overnight and monday night and thursday morning and moves out on today and looking much better by then. and totals right now, i hope they will be lower ared more. and we are looking at less than a inch in the charlottesville area.
