hit by a van. he was not the first good samaritan to be hit. you will see he was a fitness fanatic and on sunday his life was taken by the young age of 26. and he saw a woman with a flat tire on the inner loop of i- 495 and moments after pulling over and asking the woman how he could help. troopers called it an accident. he was driving when he saw a truck spun out of the rod. it was marvin jake and he was acting odd and belifrjerrant. >> we never thought it would happen.

they heard a loud pop. that was a gun shot. he was shot in a fight of road rage. he applied the knowledge he obtained in the military and the victim survived. most end in this fashion. and the person goes like nothing has happen. their kindness turned into tragedy. released. and no charges have been filed. thank you, christian, we are

and he was riding with 23 year old porter. porter is now charged with attempted murder and several drug charges. rock hill said their investigation is not over. a dangerous weekend for a lincoln county detective. the sheriff was dragged making a traffic stop. he had cocaine in his car and refused to get out. when the detective reached in, boyd tried to roll up the window with his arm inside. he was finally arrested near exit 17 on i- 75. boyd faces charges and dew in court tomorrow. a jaggar defensive back was

this was two weeks ago. ea rl wolf was forced in his range rover by a group of men with guns. one man was charged thursday in the case. look at this video. a transformer caught fire in the iconia nuclear plant today. when firefighters arrived on the scene, they said the transformer was engulfed in flames. it was declared an unusual event and that is the emergency nuclear classification. and we hope it will last a while. lee brock. it is nice out there even nono and yes, we have more of the weather to go around. we hit 60 degrees and that is your average high temperature. and 45 is your current temperature in charlotte.

picture tomorrow and heading for the mid60s tomorrow. 5 or 6 degrees warmer today. and we have warm air for everybody. and look at how much of the country is going to soak up the warmth. the high pressure system doesn't want to go anywhere. and what is happening, they are going to go up and around the high pressure system. that's why nothing is going to touch us in the coming week. we have another chance of rain and warm temperatures of 70s for quite sometime. and today, we had a high temperature of 60 degrees. we had a high tomorrow in the mid60s. and we are heading for the 70s. this is our average in 60 degrees and we'll be so far above average by the end of the week and weekend. and you are going to be can coolest.
