in the breezes. we had gusts up to 20-miles-per-hour this morning. currently in charlotte, 53 with wind sustained at 10-miles-per-hour. again there is not much of a wind chill factor. not with temperatures in the 50s. doesn't feel all that cold. couple pockets on the chilly side, boone at 33, 42 albermarle. most everybody else is in the upper 40s to low, middle 50s. 49 shelby, 50 hickory, 52 in hill. start off at 52, wind up at 77 this afternoon. all straight uphill, that is above average this time of the year year. there is the high. it will build offshore tomorrow, and that will allow for more moisture to come our way, eventually in advance of this system tomorrow morning, you see the showers and thunderstorms across the mid west, ohio valley, tennessee valley, that will push in our area. so our chances for rain go up late in the day in the evening hours.
