arizona university, the gunman is in custody according to officers, the shooting started as a confrontation between two groups late last night. confrontation turned physical, one of our students, steven jones, 18 years old produced a handgun and shot four of our other students. one died, three others treated for gunshot wounds right now, there is no word what sparked the argument. meanwhile today president obama is due in oregon to meet the victim's family of last week's shooting at a college. not expected to make a public appearance. the company uber facing a federal lawsuit after 2 women including one right here in boston decided to sue saying uber drivers sexually assaulted them as nicole jacobs shows us says the company should have done more to protect its customers. the presence of uber in the bay state has brought about much controversy from taxi

driver disputes to alleged criminalactivity. issues, and uber is a popular motor transportation particularly for the younger generation. now reveals itself in a federal lawsuit filed in northern california, two plaintiffs jane doe number one a resident of boston and jane doe number two a resident of south carolina, both allege neglect and fraud, where they were allegedly sexually assaulted by uber drivers. our intention here in boston is to put regulations on and do safety checks. certainly is consistent with what's being said. it was back in february jane doe number one says she and three friends held uber from the north end, that young woman the last in the group in the vehicle, claims she was indecently touched multiple times by the 36-year-old driver. he was arrested and charged. and the 52 page complaint attorneys for the plaintiff's request a list of uber changes, among them tamper proof video cameras in all vehicles. the ability to request a female

. this portion of wbz news is hospital. welcome back, a massive show of support for a brookeline teacher taken off the job for swearing. students filed into the school committee last night, they are upset about the firing of teacher larry chen, he was given a termination notice from the outgoing superintendent after someone over heard him swearing in front of a group of students after school. teaching us about the civil rights movement and this feels like on a small scale but something similar.
