pamela gardner. yesterday, was a nice day a nice. and today, we are more mild. right around 60-degrees and the temperatures are starting off on the cool side. some 30s in the western parts of massachusetts. 40s in most locations here. degrees. and there is still a frost vide richardson for western massachusetts here until 8:00 a.m. but, you might see the frost in the low lying areas, even this morning closer to--this morning, closer to boston, too. and we have high, thin level clouds this afternoon but then by 3:00 p.m., becoming mostly sunny once again, temperatures in the upper 60s and then back

today is the half ton at prank lynn park. more--at franklin park. kerry. all right, pamela, thank you. a man shot to death by the police in beverly after going on a rampage, ramming his car right into police cruisers. started with a call on new balch street. they found the man plowing his car into another with his wife and a friend inside. a woman who he is mother was inside of a car talked about the scene. >> i didn't see any injuries on there, but i am sure, if they were in the car when it was being hurt, i am sure that they are going to be, you know, sore. >> the individual struck the car and then struck the beverly police cruiser and then moved forward again, an officer got at of the car, we recorded him to stop, he did not, one shot was fired to the driver side window, hitting the driver in the shoulder. >> man later died at the hospital. everyone else at the scene is okay.

there are new details this morning about a fire in franklin, we told you about this yesterday, a couple was killed when a fiery explosion -their condo. the couple had just moved up from florida to be closer to their grandchildren. >> i heard the big boom about thought it was a thunderstorm. >> reporter: a terrifying sight in franklin a condo building in flames, a huge fire an explosion, it likely fed by the units. >> the sound, i looked out back and it was really quick, really quick, it was pretty much gone. >> reporter: a husband and wife killed. nancy and richard brown, both 66, had both moved back from florida to be close to their grandchildren. >> they walked every morning, >> how sad is this. it is terrible.

>> reporter: the two other adjoining units were still empty. the body of the victims were discovered close together. >> it is tragic for the community, again, franklin is a small, tightly knit community. we are feeling the tragedy and our hearts and prayers go to the family members very the cause of the explosion independent fire is still under investigation. the chief says there is no indication of a widespread problem but now people are un- icy about the propane factor. will you stay here? >> i don't know. oh, probably not, just until we okay. >> reporter: and despite the concerns, investigators at this point, believe that any possible issue was isolated, confined to these units. but they will be checking everything out to make sure as well as investigating the cause fatal fire.

in franklin, jim smith, wbz this morning. meanwhile, fire crews in fitchburg were also busy fighting a blaze in a three family home on henry street. the fire started on a side porch, on the second floor. everyone got out safely but ten people were displaced. boston police are looking for a man wanted in connection with a sexual assault in dorchester. police have released video of a person of interest who they want to talk. it happened on september 27th on dorchester avenue and harbor view street. and they are also looking for a suspect who may have done four armed robberies in four days. in each case, the victims said that the--told the police that a man in a red shirt threatened to stab him. and a lowell police user is now placed on leave, someone

turkey in twin suicide bombings at a peace rally there. president pam bahama has called turkey's leaders to express his condolences. here is the latest from cbs. >> reporter: terror interrupted a traditional turkish dance saturday. hundreds ran in fear after two bombs went off about 50-meters apart. many were still holding flags to be used in a peace rally that was about to start. more flags were left behind next to the carnage outside of the main train station. ambulances rush today help the more than 300 victims hurt or killed in the bombings. and activists and supporters were taking part in the rally, organized by the country's public worker's union and other groups. it was set just a few weeks

the cause of the last is still under investigation, but a gas leak is suspected. propane. police in beverly shot and kill adelman after he rammed his car into their cruiser, it arted with a call at a home on new balch street. when the police got there, they found the man plowing his car into another with his wife and a friend inside. then he hit the cruisers. when he would not stop, they opened fire. the man later died at the hospital. the treats of newton? well, yes, the police have gotten calls but every time the police try to find it the bear is nowhere in sight. >> i want to lock my house that is what i want to do. >> reporter: the search is on for a bear in newton. do you think there is one? >> i hope not. i hear there . >> reporter: people alerted police after spotting the animal napping in the neighborhood friday night.

i am paul burton, wbz news. well a former irish bank executive has been arrested in massachusetts. the globe reports that david drumm was a powerful executive. he left during the financial crisis and fled to boston when ireland started to investigate him. drumm is due in court on tuesday. well a woman who is bringing a civil suit against billy costa is coming to boston. on friday, cosby came to boston to give a deposition, the woman claims that cosby forced her to perform a sex act in 1974. the woman was just 5-year-old at the time. yesterday the woman's attorney came to town and she commented on if and when the public could read their testimonies. >> on december 22, 2015, judge car lynn will take the concerns into acountry when he--into account when he makes decision
