ron cap has more from manchester. reporter: on the front steps only subtle evidence of a murder inside this manchester home. but in the driveway more obvious signs of the grizzly discovery made inside. >> it's nuts. it's crazy. reporter: neighbor mike elliott had been paying close attention since sue hutchison disappeared on september 20th. the man who had been living there recently stephen andrade had also been missing. >> she was just a really nice lady. i have got three kids when i hear stuff like going on right next-door you know it puts me on alert. reporter: the roommates hadn't been seen or heard for in more than 2 weeks. that changed last tuesday when police found andrade's body inside this motel 6 in tewksbury. >> it was obvious he had killed himself at this point. the concerned was this was a murder-suicide. reporter: that concern turned to rereality. rich i son's family members called police an reported a strange smell inside the 57- year-old's home.

investigators tracked the odor to a closet where they removed a false will and found a body in the crawlspace. >> it was obviously very surprising for everyone. i mean obviously it's terrible news for sue s's family to confirm that she is in fact dead. reporter: neighbors say the entire story is extremely unsettling. >> to have something like that happen to a nice woman like sue it makes you wonder what kind of makes somebody tick that way that they feel like they have to take somebody else's life. reporter: in manchester ryan cap wbz news. the attorney general's office is telling us that further details about the motive and the cause of death will be released after the autopsy. tonight bedford police are looking for your help in catching a violent thief who robbed a convenience store. happened about 9:30 last night. a man walking into the she will station on great roadie stabbed the check and then ran off with cash and lottery tickets. all we know is that the man was wearing a hoodie and mask. officers are reviewing surveillance video there.

new hampshire fish and game officers had to rescue a lowell man who hurt himself on mt. washington. yesterday the 26-year-old and a friend hiked up the mountain and they planned to take the train back down. when they discovered it was sold out they decided to hike back down but that's when the man injured his ankle. five hours later help did arrive. local homeowners say insurance companies are adding insult to injury stopping their coverage after the damage they suffered last winter. the globe's reporting that homeowners with significant damage who filed large claims are among those now scrambling to buy new policies. many say the insurance companies that drop them are major companies trying to cut risk and save money. there is no law in massachusetts that stops them from doing that. just last week the i-team showed us people still living in mobile homes waiting for their insurance companies to pay for repairs to homes with winter storm damage. developing story tonight investigators in turkey say isis militants are the lead

accidents during a game. roy was on the ice for the first time as a member of the b u hockey team when a hit changed his life forever. >> liam spoke with transfers nice to see him doing so well. >> 20 years it's been they have raised millions of dollars through the foundation they founded two years after his accident. speaking of the accident, 20 years it was october 20th, 1995 roy took to the ice as a member of the b u terriers 11 seconds into the first shift of his first college game this hit left him paralyzed. he has zips graduated from school he's written a book and work as a television hockey hahn lift and motivational speaker. today the bruins signed roy to a one day contract made a $50,000 donation to the travis roy foundation which helps those dealing with spinal cord injuries. >> this city does not forget its athletes. whether they are legends who

going to get colder especially this upcoming weekend. so, let's take a look at the high temperature in boston it was 76 at 2:32 this afternoon in boston. so that's 13 above the average high for this date. nowhere near the record though of 90 back in 1954. so here we go with the temperatures right now low 70s mid-70s out to the northwest. cooler on cape cod but still beautiful down there with all this sunshine. we have this weather front coming tomorrow with a few showers. but before that gets here we have the system off the coast streaming north east it looks like the plume of moisture will surge overnight. >> watch the time stamp as the temperature goes down this evening in the 60s. 50s. we'll have the cloudiness coming into cape cod first overspreading much of eastern new england by early tomorrow morning with mostly cloudy conditions. maybe sun through the clouds later tomorrow morning looks like most of the energy from that system down the coast will come up over southeastern massachusetts with a few spots

move off to the northeast. then we actually get breaks of sunshine in the afternoon which would boost our temps in the lower 70s. for tomorrow. the first batch of showers coming in from the west with that approaching cold front had been in areas northwest of with dying showers there. will will be one more batch of showers coming in, but that seconds bands looks like it wants to start to physical out as it approaches. we start wednesday morning in the low to mid 50s with sunshine then lots of clouds come in so it's still relatively mild on wednesday with maybe a brief shower as yet another cold front comes on through here. you know the drill for the foliage. it is really starting to pop in many locations glorious and vibrant in spots. other places it's still kind of muted. looking ahead to the next 7 days. here we go. bee still we still got a mild day tomorrow. isolated shower in the evening. cooler on wednesday brief sprinkle possible. upper 50s on thursday. then this weekend we have
