student because he said he was 17 years old. you certainly have to remember that 17 is still considered a minor. let's take a look at the video here. this is joseph zuniga leaving the police station yesterday. he had his mother cover his face with a jacket. according to the police chief the 22-year-old teacher met the 17-year-old student several years ago at church. they became facebook friends and this year that zuniga's class. upwards of 10 photos were sent through facebook messanger. the school acted swiftly and sent a letter to parents, many of whom are concerned. >> it's kind of weird. you know if you sent send a nude to a student you shouldn't work here. >> they're young and close in age and i'm sure attracted to our children. i would say that's a concern. >> reporter: zuniga is expected to be arraigned here sometime today. nicole jacobs, cbs this

-- wbz this morning >> thank you. popular fantasy websites are now getting the attention of the fbi as well as the justice department. bree is back now with information on the investigation which is really just getting underway. bree. >> reporter: kathryn, the fbi and the justice department want to know if draft kings broke the law. the wall street journal reports agents from the boston office are talking to prominent players about their experiences on the site, specifically if the site accepted money from states and countries where the games are prohibited. draft kings and fan dual are under scrutiny with three pending class action lawsuits and questions about insider trader. the new york attorney general asked for details on how those sites prevent fraud. a mid-level content manager at draft king won $350,000 on fan dual, the same week he leaked data to give people a competitive edge. the

form of a malicious intent. coming up on 6:06 right now, this morning governor baker will unveil a new bail aimed at addressing the growing opiate crisis. the state senate passed its own bill that calls for screening of public school students and encouraging doctors to consider alternatives to opiates. a former youth hockey coach is due in court today accused of sexual assaulting a young player in the 90s. prosecutors say 61-year-old robert richardson of dorchester began assaulting the boy in 1991 when the boy was just 13 years old. the man brought the matter to police last year and richardson was indicted last month. back in 2005 he was acquitted on similar charges including another boy whom he met while running a camp at boston university. this morning things are back to normal in medfield but it took crews a long time. they worked late into the night to

break shot flames into the air as you can see from that video. you can see the crater it left behind. work crews hit the line on south street around phillips. neighbors said they first heard a loud hissing noise from the leak, heard an explosion with some of the gas ignited. >> you couldn't see the flames but felt it. >> the flames shot so high they melted some of the power lines in the area. there were no injuries and no property damage. a severe case of animal cruelty in west port. a woman and her estranged husband arrested. police found two dead dogs and a dead lizard in a filthy house infested with fleas last month. steven botello and

nicole botolo were charged with six counts of animal cruelty. partitioners who have been fighting for more than a decade to save their church considering their next move. this following a ruling from the highest court saying they're trets pass ing -- they're trespassing. susie steimle is live. >> reporter: good morning. church goers have been fight ing to keep this place open since 2004. yesterday the appeals court did rule that they need to go and they are in fact trespassing. now the faithful will continue their fight starting with a press conference at 11:00 this morning. they closed this place back in 2004 and stopped having mass here. it was part of a decision when sexual allegations by priests

ed -- we learned it was a school resource officer who heard rumors of this particular situation and he took that information immediately to the police department. i want to get you right to some video of joseph zuniga last night leaving the police department. he turned himself in once he heard of this situation and the concerns with the police. he's accused of sending naked photos of himself to a 17-year-old student. police say the two met each other at church a few years back, became facebook friends and zuniga sent 10 photos of himself to the student through facebook messager. the police say his face is seen in some of those photos. >> he didn't think there was anything wrong with it because he was friendly with the student and the student was 17. >> reporter: as for the school, a letter was issued to parents. of course still many of them very concerned about this issue

the property. they closed this church back in 2004. it was a decision by the catholic archdiocese as sexual assault allegations began to surface within the church. partitioners have been fighting to keep it open. in march the archdiocese moved forward trying to get property. yesterday the appeals supreme court said they are now today we expect them to speak as to their right to be on this property and their fight to keep it open. they will be holding a press conference at 11:00. their lawyers have said in the past if necessary they're willing to take this further and go all the way to the supreme court if they have to. susie steimle. a local police department is

a couple of marijuana growers. officers posted this picture with dug up marijuana plants. there's a note that says if that person would like to talk to summer's horticulture department give them a call. now for our daily talker, tipping is a staple of eating out. >> one restaurant wants to make it a thing of the past. roby is here to explain. >> reporter: how about 0% for a tip? the growing number of restaurants are considering doing away with gratuity but there's a catch. the movement to go tip free was started by daniel meier that runs 13 restaurants in new york. he said the tipping system isn't fair to all restaurant workers like cooks who can make far less than servers. this coincides with the minimum wage going up to $7.50 an hour. this means restaurants will need to jack up the food prices to pay for those waiters and waitresses. one new

we can the good. the sun is out today. gorgeous this afternoon, the low 60s. a little passing shower tomorrow morning. another one on saturday, the mid 50s. there's the cool air. upper 40s on sunday. i think the wind is the big thing. it will be breezy. a blustery feel. we will watch the plant s sunday night into monday morning with a freeze. we get our warming trend. it will be 60 on monday but nearing 70 by wednesday. >> a rebound. >> look at that . cbs this morning is next here on wbz. we'll see you back
