and tonight ehave a wbz exclusive. a man accused of abusing and killing dogs is banned from having any animals but we found him violating a judge's order. we saw and heard several dogs on his property. >> now neighbors have complained about the barking but some of them are afraid to come forward given the charges the man is already facing. we're live in salem with a story you'll see only on wbz.

>> reporter: and we did find a man accused of animal abuse with dogs at this house. even though he's not supposed to have any. and the reason it may be a breakdown between the courts and police. >> you're not allowed to have any dogs from your bail conditions. >> reporter: jason gentry awaits trial on several serious animal abuse charges. [ barking ]. >> reporter: this dog was in his salem backyard. we heard another one inside. signs warning about dogs decorate the property. >> are you still breeding dogs? >> no comment. >> reporter: court documents say the a judge's handwritten order when gentry set bail not to possess any dogs. gentry was raising pinchers known at aggressive guard dogs. he's accused of running an illegal kennel. police call the conditions deplorable. he's accused of killing dogs,

of course he pleaded guilty to child porn and sex crimes. he's expected to plead guilty to traveling to have sex with a minor. a nurse from maine quarantined is suing the state. africa in a tent outside a hospital even though she had no ebola symptoms. damages. lamar odom's family says his condition is improving. he is in an l.a. hospital and family members say he is regaining his speech. last week odom was found unconscious in a nevada brothel. he is beginning to gradually flourish mentally and physically. tonight it is capture of a cockatoo.
