on wall. this is not the first time this mosque has been hit. we are live in burlington. >> reporter: vandals did spray paint usa all over this burlington mosque. islamic groups say whoever did this does not think that muslims are real americans. worshipers here are afraid it could escalate to violence. worship goes on at the islamic center of burlington despite vandals targeting the mosque. >> they were not afraid of being caught in the cameras and concern. >> reporter: this is the center's president and founder. using red state -- red spray paint, the vandals sprayed usa on three sides of the building. >> the thing is they are vandalizing -- captured the suspects sunday

morning. there are three men in a white crown victoria. their faces are hidden by halloween masks. this man was inside the mosque at the time. >> it's not the first time the mosque has been targeted. and 2013, similar graffiti was painted on the sign.>> reporter: even with security cameras, vandals were able to avoid recording. >> my mother, daughter, wife is coming here and they see these people making racial comments. >> reporter: he thinks the vandals should learn about america and the freedom of religion. >> somebody doesn't know what usa is about. they don't know what our founding members have done for us. >> reporter: burlington police are investigating. they have increased patrols in the area for tonight. folks at the mosque say they

>> michael holland was one of six with ties to new england. we are following another fall -- developing story, a late night crash near skidmore college. it has claimed the life of 19- died of injuries early this morning in albany. drunk driver. the other two victims remain hospitalized. investigators are trying to find the cause of a fire that badly damaged a condominium complex. the fire broke out this morning on williams street. flames throughout -- shot through the roof. everyone got out safely. the complex says 19 apartments -- has 19 apartments. investigators on cape cod are trying to figure out what caused this fire. the fire broke out at 5:00 this
