ground and one was pregnant and possibly broken leg and the other one seemed already. >> reporter: a stunned germany corey called 911. the car flipped so high that the workers could see it over this white fence. >> almost six feet high. >> reporter: he and other witnesses ran to help. and you see the rescue crews working around the wreckage is, the bottom of the saab, and injured people in it and the woman that said that she was 32 weeks pregnant. >> i saw within guy. but they put him on the stretcher and i saw that he was bleeding. >> reporter: and the police said they are investigating, it is worth noteing this is a two lane road. if we slow down the video, three cars are scene and the one in the middle wizzing by. and the police said it was changing lanes when it clipped the car that flipped, leaving witnesses that saw it shaking their heads.

>> reporter: and so a lot of questions about why that happened. and witnesses speculate bad possible road-rage and drag racing. but the police are not commenting on that. and not even a citation. and none of the injuries are life-threatening. in manchester, new hampshire, christina laying ger, wbz news news. the police make a troubling find in lowell. a teenager arrested with a bb gun that is exact replica that the lowell police officers carry. >> reporter: and i can tell you that the police call this a heartless and dispickable crime. the gun that the teens used on the homeless looked like the real thing.

and the at police too. because if they pull it out, they can get injured. >> if you put them side by side, you cannot tell them apart. >> reporter: around 10:00 a.m., two 12-year-old kids and 14- year-old attacked a group of homeless people living under a railroad bridge in lowell. and they threw rocks and fired a bb gun at the homeless that business. of the bridge. they could see the young man firing the bbs and the other two were throwing rocks at them. >> reporter: and what makes this so dangerous is that the type of bb gun that the 14-year- old used looks like and exact copy of the real smith & wesson gun that the police use on the force. >> and the front of the gun that usually has and orange tip, would you look at that time and it would be a narrowing open, it looks like a 9mm. a challenge anybody to put them side by side.

and one of the kids threw a rock at the police but they were quickly caught. >> it is tough enough that the people have to live the way they do under the bridges and -- and trying to get shelter. this is degrading. >> reporter: the kids were in court and they file a number of charges. paul burton, wbz news. on the cape, the sandwich police investigating the death a one-month-old girl. the police came to the home just before 7:00 this morning after reports of an unresponsive child and the officer could not revive the infant and started an investigation and the infant's grandmother tells us that a doctor told the family that the baby girl died of sids. dcf is working with investigators. brookline police are looking at a threats from a

thieves were breaking into cars and they were stealing monday and wallets and in one car they stole a woman's brother's ashes. >> reporter: this is absolutely heartbreaking. the break-in happened right here in the driveway behind me. the thief did escape with some

something else, something that is irreplaceable. >> i cried all day today. it's sad. i just want my brother. >> reporter: danielle still mourns the loss of her beloved brother jonathan at age of 25. >> he was my only sibling. >> reporter: jonathan was cremated. but she kept a small amount of his ashes in a prescription bottle in her car. >> i wanted to keep some of the remains and make a necklace so i could always have them around with me. >> reporter: but sometime in the middle of the night, the car was broken into and she lost money and credit cards. but jonathan's ashes were also stolen. you feel like a part of him has been stolen? >> that is all i have left of him. >> reporter: what would you say to the person that broke into your car. >> i just want that back. no hard feelings that is

irreplaceable. don't throw them away. give them back to me. >> reporter: and one of her credit cards was found outside a near bank but nothing else. and now she holds her son who is named after her brother, hopeing this thief has a heart. >> just please give it back. that is all i want. much already. >> reporter: once again the stolen ashes were in a used prescription bottle that had the label removed and a stolen credit card that was found. so it is possible that the stolen ashes are close to the bank. if you can help the police, give the police a call. this woman is devastated. >> understandably show. just stop in front police department and drop it off and good on your way. >> yes. -- and go on your way. let's talk about an

>> it is pretty good. i cannot say there's many things to complain about in the forecast for the next 7 to 10 days. this is an average high for mid- september and high of the record. the record high is 76. and the average that we hit boston was november 1st. but thing that we got a couple more opportunities to do it in the forecast. we're still at 69 degrees in the city and plymouth down to 57 and orange down 53 and all across the northeast, it is comfortable as it can be. and places in wisconsin and minnesota had the high temperatures in the 70s. and clear skies from boston down 95. and a few clouds scooting in northern maine. and for in you i think, a chance it see the northern lights. and especially if you're watching us from new hampshire and vat vermont and maine this is where you would see some of the northern lights.

the day goes on. and 37 to 42 in the suburbs and 47 in the city itself. tomorrow another chamber of commerce day. the sunrise about 6:21 and full sunshine and light winds and a little cooler at the coastline. but still up above average and the sunset 4:34. and looking at high of 61 in boston and 66 in norwood and same story in jeffrey and nantucket at 61. and the end of the week, the winds turn a little more south early again and it will create the low clouds and the south coast and the island. and the mild are air coming up over the cooler water and inland more sunshine and friday and overall more cloud cover and it will kick up the winds for us. and it will bring up a mild air up the coast. and that will be the mildest day of the week. 74 in boston and that would be a record high and it stood since 1959. and in wooster, the forecast is 70 and the record is 70 if we

get enough sun, we get a good shot of getting there. and this will be offshore on saturday and pushes further offshore on sunday. it will feel like this more time of the season. and here is the 67 day. and you notice the saturday temperature at 60. and sunday 52 but it is only one day of cool stuff and we warm back up next week. take a look at this and mit student created a drone that can dodge obstacles on its own. student created the self flying drone to object items. and it works up to 30 miles an hour. it is heart to run the -- boston marathon. imagine run 26.2 miles while pregnant. and some women that did that are sharing some of their biggest accomplishments on facebook.

this woman posted her baby lay la on october 1st. she was four months pregnant when she carried her this year. and this is allene na. and mother was four months pregnant. and we have one more photo for you. this is little finley. his mom writes that she was five and a half months pregnant when she ran the 2014 boston marathon. and wbz we are your marathon station and we congratulations all the new moms and dads and the babies. they are the ones holding the medal at this point. time for a little history n2007, the undefeated patriots steam rolled over the patriots in foxboro. and the way things are looking, the pats date with washington this sunday could very much be a sequel.
