good evening. we begin with developing story here at 11:00, u.s. and british officials say an isis bomb jet liner. >> tonight some flights in egypt suspended as a precaution. we are live now. >> reporter: tonight cnn is reporting that new intelligence is saying that someone at the airport in egypt might have helped someone put a dom on that plane. the britishg . believes this might have been caused by a bomb. >> we have concluded there is a significant possibility that

that crash was caused by an explosive device on board the aircraft. >> reporter: at least part of that is included had this recording. daring officials to prove we did not take the plane down. u.s. officials also say tonight that intercepted communications by the terror group indicate they were behind the attack. >> this is a very troubling development this they have been able to get into a russian passenger jet. >> reporter: ed davis says this attack it is still too early to rule on a cause. they say that the cockpit voice recorder is damaged and it will

officials are scrambling to try to figure out how to get them out. some breaking news in new york now. a small plane registered in new hampshire has charged into the water off of a point in queens. crews have spotted some debris, no word yet on how many people were on board. police and dive crews are now searching the area at this hour. sources tell us that the plane is believed to be a two seater headed from philadelphia to minneapolis. a deadly crash in boston. a driver hit two women at a crosswalk in a busy interception and one of the victims has died. initially the -- kate is the live in the south end with the breaking details. >> reporter: we just learn thad the woman in her 7th 0's just died at the hospital. she and another elderly woman were in the crosswalk here when a car ran right into them.

the scene that the sun glare was to blame. the black nissan is finally toed four hours after it ran crossing the street. >> i was parking the car and with the car. >> reporter: the women, one many her late 70's were in the crosswalk at westbrook line -- west brookline. >> i came out and saw the black car and two ladies on the floor and the owner of the car, she was shaken and crying. >> reporter: he says the driver, also an older woman, was very upset. the two women on the ground were in bad shape. >> one flew to one side and one to the other. >> reporter: but all three needed medical help. on the scene the driver was having chest pains. police closed down at least

a judge says he is -- the trial was put on hold till the 16 year old could have a mental health evaluation. he kept his head down as the judge ordered this is the trial should rule. a south boston man charged. mar o'brien pleaded not guilty to burglary and murder. he is being held without bail tonight. roth mckenna was found dead in his home back in september. new tonight a passenger who attacked an uber driver is apologizing. benjamin golden says he is extremely remorse and called this an isolated incident. >> i would like him to know that is not me. and that i am sincerely sorry. >> the driver is suing golden. video of this assault went viral.

there is an arrest in the stabbing attack. a 28 year old man is being charged with attempted murder in the attack on air force staff sergeant spencer stone last month. he was stabbed multiple times. a gunman in a roof top apartment surrendering to police. it was a five hour standoff. the suspect fired on officers responding to a domestic violence call. tonight here at home some nasty graffiti covered up. overthe weekend vandals spray painted usa on this mosque and threw eggs at the center. today they wrote love and accept examines this represents what bug ling ton really is. -- burlington.

update on the breaking news in new york tonight where police say they have now recovered one body after a small plane that is registered in new hampshire crashed in the waters off of queens. police and dive crews have searched the area and still searching right now. sources tell our station what the plane is believed to be a two seater. a frightening scene. the woman is fine. it happened on i-91. state police believe what the wood fell off another vehicle. while it was knocked flat on it back last winter but ready to fight back with the
