by a traffic stop and that driver making an attempt to run. sunday evening in mattapan this was the wreckage left behind, two suv's mangled after a scary scene. >> i was a little bit scared. >> boston police say the driver of the building suv was speeding, going about 70 miles when they stopped the vehicle driver appeared to make an attempt to run, that is when the two officers took action. >> the driver put the car in gear, the officers tried to stop him, took off with the two officers inside the car hanging out from the car. >> reporter: dragging them roughly 100 yards, not woman coming to a stop until hitting this parked suv. >> anybody on the sidewalk would have been seriously injured. >> reporter: as were the two officers, a foot injury for one and back and shoulder injuries for i can't noer.
