boston a little warmer 44 for an overnight low. tomorrow a few degrees cooler, add in the winds and it will certainly feel cooler. middle 50s. looking at the timing, some filtered sunshine especially farther north you go, but in the afternoon it will start to work it way north ward for the rain. that's going to slow things down. areas of heavier rainfall likely to move through in the afternoon and overnight. as we head into the afternoon could be a little lingering drizzle but a steady rainfall should begin to taper off thursday. moderate to high wet pavement areas of rain, also gust winds around for the wednesday morning drive, so be prepared for a couple of slow drives. in terms of wind tomorrow night

>> reporter: he is being held tonight. police say he and another pick up driver were driving they both got off at exit 12 and there was a second collision at which points the pickup truck flipped over and killing the driver and seriously his passenger and then heinz allegedly fled the scene. police tracked him down and arrested him at his home. police say he was drunk during this incident. they found an open bottle of alcohol in his truck. the victim is 37-year-old jared aroen he was engaged to be married a respected electrician. he is passenger also an adult
