the actual needs of veterans, all of which seem considerably more important than whether or not ben carson tried to knife a guy 50 years ago. what about mental health issues, drug addiction and the psychological trauma of war? we've heard next to nothing about mental health of this campaign for veterans or anyone else. the debate could then move on to arguably, the most important question any president would face, under what circumstances you is we put our soldiers in harm's way. the discussion of any of those issues would be more interesting than another round of hair pulling, but what are the chances any of them will make the cut? let me know what you think via e-mail at keller@wbztv.com or twitter @keller at large.

6:35 am
taking another live look here in dorchester, of course this proposal, this idea is certainly a costly one. if you are talking thousands of dollars per school bus, the grand scheme of things, we could be looking at billions of dollars in implementing this and requiring it across the country. it could also take some time. experts say it could be about ten years to even implement something of this caliber. morning. interesting numbers there. it's time for our "daily talker." if you've ever had to appeal a parking ticket, you know it can be a real hassle at city hall. >> but it can be easier if you don't live here. >> reporter: don't you hate the site of the bright orange ticket under your windshield wiper?
6:36 am
finding a ticket just got a lot simpler. ticketed drivers don't have to travel back here to appeal their park fines. they can do it via skype. in the past, you war loued to send a friend -- you were allowed to send a friend or relative. ticketed drivers can opt for an appeals session live. you can do it via ipad or desktop. your car has to be registered elsewhere. the chances of winning, "the globe" says, over the past year, 66% of all tickets that were challenged were dismissed. only five of those skype appeals have happened so far, and they were all forgiven. you like this idea of out-of- towners getting this kind of treatment and banning us boston people from doing it? here's what deborah says on facebook.
