falling from the sky right now, 37 degrees in boston, we have temperatures. 29 in norwood all though some 40s moving out to the west. here's the latest satellite and radar picture. all of this precipitation not necessarily hitting the ground at this point, but, we have some higher humidity levels so at this time of the day, you might experience some snow this time. heavier rain expected to move in from not only this system to the north, but from the south as well. we have a chance for soaking rain by 4:00 from boston and areas to the south and east. coming up, i'll have the hour by hour forecast and see if we'll see snow flakes mixing in.

hospitalized and examed. an arrest in a local online robbery scheme. police have arrested a dore chester man and accused him of ripping off people. according to the police, it involving online dating sites. the suspect would make contact with people who thought they were arranging a date, but when robbed them. now to the case of the chandler home. the child is in the hospital. >> reporter: after searching this home, the police arrested the woman who babysat here and

family is mourning the death of a soldier. martinez was killed a traffic accident while riding in north carolina. the 24-year-old was stationed in fort bragg. he leaves his wife, stepdaughter and parents. the latest now on the terrorist attacks in paris. the authorities in brussell have locked down the area as continues. >> reporter: police and guards are on alert in brussell. the police believe the suspected attacker salah abdeslam may be in the area.

authorities in turkey arrested three suspected islamists on saturday. one paid tribute to the 89 killed at the theater. she says we still live in fear knowing that the an i -- ac tacker is in the area. these two ate at a restaurant across the street. the two heard gunshots and hid under their table. the terrorists gun apparently jammed and both ran for their lives. parisians are mourning those who died at memorials around the city. ricky stevenson lives in paris. >> there are 2.5 million people in paris and everyone has been lives.

we have some breaking news to report. a bomb threat forced a turkish airline today vert to canada the flight with 256 an board did land safely. no comments on the details of the threat. well, well, that's a familiar sound in chicago where folks pulled out their snow blowers for the first time this winter. wow, as a storm dumped at least 7-inches oen the windy city. chicago's o'hare airport reported several flights were canceled. some parts of southern wisconsin reported 20-inches of snow. >> oh, my gosh. kind of exciting for the first snow.

all of the heavy snow to chicago. now, to the south here, that's where you see a lot of showers and a couple of thunderstorms down there. this secondary area of low pressure is going to skirt its way to the north and east giving us another chance of rain late tonight and tomorrow morning. i want to start you off at 5:00 a.m. matching what we are appearancing right now with a few of the spotty showers with the specks of green indicating a couple of sprinkles. 9:00 primarily dry, but around 2:30 this afternoon, we start to see the showers moving in from the southwest. the first moving in from the coast and spread intoog the boston area and to the new hampshire coast, too. cape cod, you guys will have the best chance of the sees the

well, hello to you. good morning to you, it is sunday, november 22nd, the last sunday before thanksgiving. blesser it or -- believe it or not, it's here. it looks like we are getting a little bit of rain. yes, we are. very still dry, we have moderately dry conditions to draughts in spot, but the good news is we will get some rain and temperatures should stay above freezing for most of us. there's a tease for us. right now, 37 degrees in boston. chilly 29 in norwood. in the 40s, though, as we get to the north and west and that's where our friends there have had cloud cover trap inning the daytime heat. the clouds have finally rolled into boston and the cape and now a few showers have developed as well. the showers have a little bit

temperatures are so close to freezing. you might see a little bit of a snow flurry or icy chunks or something like that falling from the sky. nothing too heavy and nothing in terms of accumulation. we will continue to see the shower from the north and west and also more rain developing to the south. that's the main issue today. hour by hour, here's 12:30, still looking good, but all of a sudden at 4:00, we get a soaking rain from bedford to the north. coming up, i will show you the hour by hour and let you know when we will see some snow flakes. >> thank you. a bomb threat forced a turkish airlines to divert and land in canada. police dogs were used to search the plane.

the royal mount police would not comment on any details of the threat. right now looking at our top stories, two firefighters and five others were taken to the hospital as a result of a hire in hyde park on greenwood avenue. 10 people were in the home at the time. the police rescued four on ladders from the house. the fire was fueled by gas. the gas company was on the scene to shut off the line. the former baby adan dunned by -- aban dunned by a babysitter is now recovering. been arrested. the girl is in the hospital, but is improving. the threat level in belgium

well, good morning everyone, it's been nearly 50 years since they last played a football game at fenway park, but they did nay last night. boston college and notre dame with boston college having the home field advantage. the eagles stayed close to the irishmen. could have had a good play on this, but smith couldn't bring it in. bc trailed 12-0 at the half mainly because notre dame couldn't hang onto the ball. five turn overs including this one near the goal line. finally, the offense comes up with a big play.

south. this where we have the rain showers overnight. hour by hour forecast as we continue through sunday afternoon. spotty showers all around the eastern and southern and here. ramp up. we have lots and lots of moisture expected and heavy rain supported by this system as it continues to track to the north and east. 10:00, notice the rain, but the temperatures are cool enough that we might see a wintery mix. rain and snow mixing in. it does not look like it's going to accumulate thank goodness. the monday morning commute, we will have dealing with the puddles, that's for sure. almost 2-inches of rain once
