rain is going to be on wednesday. you need to have some of that rain fall, but once it wraps up, we start to see the sun return but it is going to be very gusty thursday. gusting about 30 miles per hour. in terms of snow, we're going to be waiting for a while. you need 1/10th of an inch to have a mesh. and we don't see that. if we were to go through the entire month, that would be a little bit more interesting. that's only happened four times on record. here is the outlook. looking toward the middle of the month, there is no snow in the forecast and temperatures should be running above average. keep in mind that above average isn't miami, it's just a little more comfortable.
